Fred Reichow Construction LLC

I contacted Mr. Reichow to tear down part of my parage and rebuild it. He showed up to do the consultation on time. He seemed really nice and told me he had some ideas and would get bck with me with a quote. I waited for a couple of weeks and callled to find out what was going on with the quote but always got his voicemail so I left a message. I never heard back from him so I called 3 more times but still only got voicemail. I finally got a hold of him after a month. He told me he would not be doing the job as he has 2 big clients and they have decided they have a job for him so he was going to do their job and not mine. But he didn't bother to call and let me know so I could get someone else in to do the job.

We had no warranty and no guarantee on his work, so I am stuck with it. He did come to my home and look at it, but he said there is no repair work involved. His price was reasonable, but the quality of work was not very good. The concrete does not hold up, it may look good to begin with but it does not last. I liked Fred a lot; he was funny and personable, came on time. I really liked him and his daughter, but they just did not hold up and did not fix what happened.

No problems at all.

Construction began on-time with consistent attention to the project. Crew did not leave to begin or complete another project, other than a rain day off. Fred and his two employees enjoy their work and work together well. Fred was open to any changes that I wanted during the project. Project was finished to my satisfaction and at the quoted estimate. I would not hesitate in contacting him again for another project. We joked that the barn now looks better than the house.
