Very professional, on time and curious. The crew went above and beyond what was expected and we were very pleased with the results.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. 1. MARY ANN- holy moly she is an angel. Not only did I change my mind on services I probably caused her hours of headaches. But she remained professional and light hearted and never made me feel like a burden. She is Top-Notch ha. 2. Pricing- we had FOUR different companies come out and give us estimates to haul our huge trees from our backyard. And they were the cheapest by $1500. 3. Responsiveness- they were on time. Professional and all around go getters. And they finished an hour earlier than they expected and comped us an hour for crane use... I mean who does that any more!?! 4. Entertaining- the whole neighborhood literally our entire block (a couple weeks later) are still talking about the fact that the moved the trees OVER our house so we didn’t even need to take down our fencing... it was terrifying to watch but amazing at the same time. Overall if we had any more trees to take away they would be my first choice. Amazing experience, highly recommend.

Workers were punctual, friendly, and efficient. They are skilled at what they do and provide a thorough cleanup at the end of the job. One of their Arborists also gave me some tips on fertilizing the pine as needed.

Jeremiah and his crew did an excellent job for us at a reasonable price. With a bucket truck, they trimmed deadwood and overhanging branches from a big mature oak, used a pole trimmers on two smaller cherry trees, removed a couple smallish dead spruces, and then cleaned up nicely. Most of the "brush" went into their chipper, and they left a few logs for our fireplace.

This company is very slow to return calls and to give estimates. They told me they were very busy but to just not return a call is unprofessional no matter how busy you are.

Quick response. Professional and knowledgeable staff. I called and they arrived within a couple hours to provide storm cleanup. Provided a very reasonable estimate to removed a dead tree and scheduled removal for 2 weeks from the date of the invoice. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Top Notch Tree Care did an outstanding job for us. We needed an overall evaluation and plan for the trees on our residential property, which covers 2 acres and where the trees were in various stages of growth and, in some cases, decay. The arborist came and was very pleasant and professional; he spent a great deal of time with me assessing each tree and discussing our goals. He was very thoughtful, listened well, put our concern for safety first, explained his evaluation of each tree, and educated me on the kinds of trees we had. The next day he provided a detailed quote with reasonable prices. It was itemized so we could easily plan and budget what we wanted to do first. The work was scheduled promptly, the crew was highly professional, the team answered all my questions, the work was done in a very timely way, and they even hauled away some big logs that weren't in the quote just to help us out. It is always a pleasure to work with true professionals. Jeremiah and his crew were just that. He knows a lot about trees (he is a certified arborist---not all tree trimmers are) and answered all my questions, submitted an estimate promptly, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up afterwards. I will certainly call Top Notch again when I need any tree work done.

I sent the group e-mail from Angie's list to 4 providers around 5:30 a.m. Jeremiah, from Topnotch replied at 6;14 a.m was at my house by 8:30 to take a look, and removed the tree from the porch and driveway that morning. They had another commitment that day, but were back the next morning to remove the rest of the tree from my yard. The clean-up was outstanding(they were so careful not to ruin some lilies)and had everything hauled away shortly after noon. The other companies never responded at all. Very good, thanks, and if there is a next time, Top Notch will be my only call. Thanks Guys

They did a great job. And their stump grinder was great as well. Professional, attention to detail, everything. Even their estimate was detailed. They took the little steps to ensure my front yard was not torn. They essentially took down my tree limb by limb with one guy in the tree cutting and two guys down below working in tandem to ensure the limbs fell in safe places. They cut up firewood for me. The stump grinder took his time, did the job right and was also all about attention to detail and doing the job right. Cleanup work was good tool. Thank you guys.

As far as cutting down the trees and removing the wood and brush from the property, the job was well done. As far as grinding up the stumps, it was not done well in the most needed areas. I had to request the grinder to come back again and I still have a two large areas where I can't plant anything due to existing roots and portions of stump. Instead of grinding the stumps as I requested the man used my pick ax to chop at existing stumps. He worked **** ** what he did, but without grinding up the roots and stumps, they do come back. I still have small trees growing from the stumps not properly removed. I sent an email to Ryley three weeks ago asking for help and I have been ignored. This company needs to be more responsive to customer emails. One evening I waited all night for Ryley to show up to give me a price quote. He had to work late on another job. All he had to do was send me an email or text telling me he could not come. That is unfair to make a customer wait and not show up. It's a shame that the follow through is not better. I will not use them again.

I normally don't give reviews, but Jeremiah Krepps and his crew did a steller job. My neighbors were so impressed by their skill and care they took on my property. I had gotten 3 other bids to do this job, Top Notch Tree Care were the only ones who had a professionally typed estimate detailing exactly what they were going to do and what each item costed. The other companies were hand written without much detail. I was so impressed that Jeremiah took it a step further than the other companies, and quoted to remove the needles, old mulch, weed guard and apply new top soil and grade A grass seed. i have used other tree companies in the past, but will definitely hire this company again and again. These guys left my property in the best condition ever. You are crazy if you don't use Top Notch Tree Care. You won't be disappointed!

Let's just say that I will definitely be calling Top Notch again soon to cut down other trees off our property. Awesome job! Thank you!

An excellent job was done by a professional crew of three arborists.

Jeremiah did a fantastic job and when a fence issue came up he stuck with it until all was completed to our satisfaction. Several words come to mind regarding this interaction...integrity, honesty, work ethic. Hire this company..you won't be disappointed.

Could not have been more pleased. Jeramiah is very knowledgable and patiently helped me research and find the right trees that suited my personal preferences and my space. He even came around the next year to check on the trees to be sure they were doing well. Two years after the planting, trees are still going strong! Jeramiah is truly customer focused.

We all could not have asked for anything better. Absolutely no complaints. They were professional, on-time, courteous, and had an excellent work ethic. One of the things that we were particularly impressed with was the clean-up.....it was impeccable.
