MICHIGAN PROPERTY INSPECTION

Paul did an excellent job when we hired him for a home inspection. We are first time home buyers and I was nervous about the inspection, but Paul was very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for our next home. We walked away knowing the exact state of the home we are buying and we were given a detailed, typed report that contained everything covered during the inspection - I especially appreciated the items highlighted as safety issues so that we could prioritize those items to be taken care of. Paul was very responsive and was available for any follow up items needed after the inspection report was complete.

I have had Paul by reference do total of four inspections for my two children. In two of the cases he found major structural issues that weren't easily apparent. Both of those inspections resulted in a no-sale that was a disappointment at the time but we were all so thankful to have the honest truth. The other inspections resulted in a confident purchase. Paul's thorough, honest, and detailed inspection with detailed report is first rate. His experience and opinion is well worth his very reasonable fee.

Paul offers a thorough inspection of your property at a reasonable price. He is able to effectively communicate with you about the property. He tells the good with the bad and if it is bad he will tell you how it should be done. Would recommend if you are looking for a quality inspector!

The price Mr. Bossenbroek charges for his expertise is very reasonable, and he is not only professional but personable as well. I first met with him several years ago when moving back into my childhood home. He performed a home inspection and discussed with me what updates would be necessary to have it meet current code requirements. I continue to hire him as a consultant when problems arise. He is able to identify the source of the problem, help prioritize what to tackle first, make referrals, and give ballpark estimates. I would highly recommend him not only as a property inspector, but as someone who can provide valuable input prior to hiring other contractors or when considering a remodeling project.
