+ -1 moreVery quickly---no problems. We had had an unsuccessful break-in attempt at our exterior basement door. The only reason for the "4" rating for the price was my request for a door with a high window (had to be custom made).

+ 3 moreI've had KMK working on this house for 20+ years and it went as great as usual. Ken comes when he says he is coming, works constantly and leaves when he says he will be leaving......and leaves everything perfectly cleaned up.
Description of Work: I had 2 Solatubes installed, insulation added to the attic, doors to the attic sealed, gable vents added, rim-joist insulation, and had the pump room insulated and the door sealed.

Description of Work: Ken has done all the carpentry in my home. He replaced all my windows, remodeled the kitchen, built a deck and has provided me with names of people for jobs he doesn't do.. The work has been done over the years between 1992-2010.
