They were very patient with my window selection. I tend to research things online before buying them, and they got several different sample windows for me to look at and touch before I chose. The work was done promptly and well. They answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again. The only thing they could improve on is picking up the aluminum nails around the house. I've been finding one here and there since the snow melted.

Kris was wonderful. It was possible to do a recover on my roof rather than a full tear off because the original roof wasn't that bad yet. A full tear off was twice the price. The workers came and did a very professional job. The roof looks great. I have no complaints.

Jordan's estimator Kris Poag was contacted late in the afternoon during a heavy rainstorm that followed very heavy snowfall. I explained to him that I had a roof leak that needed help but wasn't urgent. He scheduled an appointment for early the following morning. He arrived at my home around 9 am the next morning. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quickly assessed the problem. He assured me that Jordan would have a crew out to resolve the problem very soon. I was particularly impressed as my issue was very small compared to many others in the area after a heavy snow fall winter, rapid snow melt and heavy spring rains. Jordan had a crew out the following day, the work was performed as described and the roof leak was completely resolved. The crew did an outstanding job. The price was completely reasonable given the challenging roof on our home. Kris was very professional and followed up to see that the leak was solved to my satisfaction. It is very clear that Jordan is interested in quality work on all its' jobs not just the high dollar work. I have already recommended them to friends.

I am not happy with them. I tried calling them today and have still not received a call back. They don’t follow through and are really expensive. The work that they did do was good. When I did have an interaction with them they were polite but it is hard to get them to respond.

The roof doesn't leak and looks great. However I tried to make a claim on the warranty since a couple shingles came down over the winter, I still haven't heard anything from the warranty company. I found out after the work had been done that the sub contractor who did the roof last year has been on the s** offenders list since 2005. I am disappointed that I hired, what I thought was a trust worthy company based on the ratings and reviews, and got a guy with a long criminal background. The contractor that did my roof was also arrested last year for fraud and arrested again last week. I know the contractor no longer works with Jordan Roofing however he had a criminal background when he did work for them and while he was at my house. I don't know what kind of screening is done for a contractor to work for a company like Jordan Roofing but the guy sent to my house had definalty slipped through the cracks.

I took bids from two roofers, both of which have good customer reviews. Jordan was more willing than the competitor to accommodate requests for somewhat unusual work, upgraded vent, and thicker aluminum gage. Jordan certified the job for the manufacturer's warranty, which the competitor was reluctant to do. Jordan's price was competitive. Jordan offers a gutter screen that probably is superior to those offered by the competitor. There was one error installing an unfamiliar vent, but it was fixed promptly after I noticed it. One deck panel was replaced but some of the nails missed the rafters. Despite that glitch, I believe the finished work is superior to what the other roofer would have accomplished.

They came promptly to put the roof on. It was a rainy week so it took longer, no fault of the company. However, they didn't take care of the vents in the attic and when they stripped the roof it started leaking around the chimney and caused damage in the house. After we called multiple times someone finally came out and fixed the problem around the chimney. We also noticed that when it got hot, the front edge of the shingles buckled and were wavy. We called multiple times and finally had the owner come out. He agreed it needed to be fixed and said he would send someone to take care of it. That was two weeks ago and we have not heard a thing. As good as a review that others gave it, I would not use this company ever again!

They thoroughly checked out the problem and then fixed it. it hasn't leaked since...Yeah!

Sales representative showed on time for inspection. Sent an email with the pictures and proposal with an estimate. Paid 1/2 down and delivered this with the signed proposal to the office. Work was completed the following Friday. Pictures of completed job were emailed to me. Good work completed within a quick time frame. I am now in the process of employing this contractor to repair loose and missing shingles from a previous job.

The roof repair was done quickly, professionally, and of high quality. Thumbs up for that project. The gutter repair was not done correctly the first time. I asked for the person to return and fix it. Mixed results but I could not get the Jordan salesperson to return and look at it with me. No interest in doing so. Now, the gutter is falling off the side of the house. I will use a different vendor to repair the gutter. I also will be replacing the roof soon, with someone else besides this company.

Did all the work as per contract. Kept the yard clean. No issues with the performance of the installed roof and gutters.

roofers arrived on time, were very professional, courteous, & efficient. we were very pleased w/the original presentation, & informational appointment w/ryan bradford.it was a good decision & we will definitely use the company for future projects.

It well and quickly. They showed up on time and worked quickly. We were pleased with the work that they did. All scrap and work debris was removed and they did a through cleanup. We had to have them come back for an adjustment and they did follow through with that without any problems. We were very satisfied with the whole project.

They responded quickly. They were very honest about what needed to be done. They have a good reputation. We had gone to a builder's show and they were there and had a lot of information to provide. We were very happy with them.

They had to come back as there was a leak. It was caused by them and they fixed it. They did a pretty good job, but their price was high.

Fred came out and spent about an hour getting measurements. It has been 2 weeks and we haven't heard back from him. My husband also emailed him and we still didn't get a response.
