DISCOUNT GLASS & SCREEN

I arrived unannounced at his shop. Pat was pleasant and promised the work for later in the day. Both were ready as promised

They were very professional and courteous. They have been in business for 30 years so we were very comfortable with that. He ordered the glass and installed it once it came in. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

. I purchased 2 more parts, hoping I could fix others myself. I was wrong. I took three windows to him to fix. Three windows time two sides times $2.00 each equals $12.00 minus the two parts that I had paid for previously. Should have been $9.00 pus the two tabs he replaced at window tops. He charged me $25.00. When I explained it was two dollars per side, plus I gave him enough for one window. He replied and quot; I usually charge $36.00 per windowand quot;

We had a quick carry-in repair of a broken storm window pane. Carefully inspected the frame to determine whether the existing aluminum frame was salvageable and fit the new glass into the old frame. (Basically, they took the time to match the rest of our frames, avoid changes in tolerances and save me a little money. And reduced their own bill in the process.) One day turnaround. Birds make flying mistakes and we have a lot of windows. We'll be back.

They were quick to come out and their prices were very competitive.
