Finished quicker than expected

The gentleman was contracted through North Winds during our AC installation. He was very nice and pleasant to work with. Our dog was very excited and he showed a great amount of patience with him. Clean installation and everything works as it should. I'm not sure what the actual cost was, since we paid North Winds.

I was able to get an appointment within a week of making the call as I explained there was no emergency. Joe arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining the problem and advising what steps to take to prevent the problem in the future.

There crew were very clean cut and easy to work with.

It was a pretty good experience. We just had an issue but everything was taken cared of. They did a fine job. It was just that they were not very good at communication. They charged us like $80 just for showing up and I do not remember the cost of the repair. I would probably use them again in the future.

Everything went perfectly. They arrived on time, got right to work and completed the job very quickly. The technician was very nice and professional.

Overall, the work that was done is excellent. I had another company install ceiling fans in my old house, and half of them had problems and the cost was considerably more. However, our newly installed and finished hardwood floors were damaged each time the workers were in the house. I think it was difficult for them to come in to a house that was in the middle of a major facelift, but a word to the homeowner who was in and out of the house during these installations would have been appreciated. A deep gouge in the living room flooring done on the second service call was obvious and from a hand held screwdriver. The owner was made aware of the damage to the floor from the first service call, but not the second so he didn't get a chance to respond. This was the only problem that we had and doesn't warrant a downgrade in our assessment. I'm not sure of the overall cost of the work that was done, but it was very reasonable.

We asked them to install the recessed lights so that our old ones would go right up against it. They went over and above in making it look good. They took extra time. The three workers that came out were excellent in getting the job done. They tidied up and left and you would never know that they were here other than the job being great. I would recommend them. They were very efficient. They did work around the ceiling clearance that wasn't very good to start with.
