Pete Tersini is a very personable individual who lived up to 99% if promises. The work took much longer than expected due to circumstances beyond his control (shut down of construction due to pandemic!)

Pete and his team did an amazing job on the basement. He always responded immediately to phone calls or text. He uses high quality flooring. The drywall is absolutely amazing, no seams to be seen anywhere. The quality of work far exceeded our exceptions. The basement is now the best built part of the house.

They guys were great and took time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They showed up on time, cleaned up every day. We were also living in the house at the time and they were willing and able to work around our things.

We hired Pete to finish our basement. The reason we hired Pete was because he had a good vision for a space that has been left cluttered for too many years. He was able to see through the kids toys, holiday decorations, and treadmill and helped us re-lay out what we thought would be the best use of that space. He was right. We researched his company and his work, and by all accounts he offered nicely completed projects. I'm sure you'll find the same (and probably soon, pictures of my basement). I'm happy with his work, and happily give 5 stars across the board. But if you're like me, though, you'll be making a decision about who you'll be letting into your home for the next several weeks. There is an element of trust that is difficult to assess when you're looking to hire someone to do a project. Pete and his team (Kyle, Joel, etc) were friendly, respectful, and willing to listen to questions, comments, or concerns I had about the project. They are all very professional and conduct themselves accordingly. You can trust that these guys are going to be able to finish the project to your satisfaction, trust that they're going to do what they say, and trust that you'll be happy that you chose them. Thanks Pete, for turning a dingy storage spot of seldom used things into one of my favorite spaces in my house.

Iâ ve had the pleasure of working with Peter Tersigni and his crew. His company was one of 5 companies that provided estimates. His was the most reasonable, not cheapest, but overall package deal was the best by far. He was very prompt in answering phone calls and texts. He was very trustworthy as I left my house to him alone quite a few times. He finished the project on time! He was very polite and easy to talk to. He handled every issue, or change of mind with professionalism and understanding. When the drywall company carried in drywall they scraped up the hallways and Peter openly and willingly painted the entire wall that was damaged without me even saying anything to him. He provided solutions and ideas when an issue was presented. His company is trustworthy, professional, and kind. All of his permits passed inspections the first time and itâ s a relief knowing my basement was done correctly and to code. It was a pleasure having his company work on my basement and I am overall a very happy client.

Hire Pete and his company. I have nothing but great accolades for both he and the company. I hired Tersigni Construction to do a complete remodel of our walk-out basement. The quality and Pete's ideas were far and above other companies I researched, and they certainly couldn't match the pricing. Pete will not stop unless the customer is 100% satisfied, and I'm one satisfied customer.

Great experience! Fast, high quality job

The workers were very professional and fast! Pete was great about keeping me updated on what they worked on and what they would be doing as the next step. His communications were very prompt anytime I had a question. His prices were much lower than any other estimates and we are completely satisfied with the work. Our basement is now exactly what we envisioned and more-we love it!

Peter did exactly what he said. He kept me aware of his timeline and stuck to it. He and his workers were great and professional. Would use again.

Left without finishing. We discovered plumbing problems (drains not assembled properly) when the water drained into the lower level kitchen. They could not satisfy our quality expectations for finished work.

Pete showed up promptly and took the time to figure out a problem that others could not. When he completed the work, there was room for some improvement and he readily stepped up and did the repairs to our satisfaction.

I worked with Pete from this family-owned business. Man, did I luck out! Pete was responsive in communication and went out of his way to help me make an informed decision. He knew we were on a tight deadline and moved our project along by doing what he could during downtime on other projects. He was polite and professional, which has not always been my experience with other construction folks. Our job required some creativity to stay within budget and still get the features we wanted. He took the challenge of solving that problem seriously and came up with a great solution. I appreciate him being willing to invest time and energy to figure this out for us rather than trying to talk us out of what we needed as others did. After the fence was completed ON TIME and to the specs we gave him. His workmanship made my very picky husband very happy (and my husband's very nervous wife very relieved). Even so, because of my mistake, the gate was put in the wrong place. THAT did not make my picky husband very happy. I told Pete about my husband's disappointment and he immediately offered to get it fixed for us even though it was not his fault. He even came by on a weekend, giving up time with his young children, to get it done quickly. My husband was so impressed that we hired him for our next project on the spot. I got numerous bids on this project and Pete's was not the highest by any stretch, but comparably a bit higher than others for the same thing. That said, while price is a concern to me, I am a firm believer in the notion that you get what you pay for. In this instance, the ease of working and communicating with Pete, his pleasant and accommodating disposition, the quality of his work, his flexibility and creativity, and the professional tips and courtesies he provided to us made every dime worth it. I'd hire Pete again in a minute (oops, already have!).
