It was acceptable considering that I asked for emergency service, that's all I recall now. When they came out they brought their certifications with them, they're licensed and insured proof you know right away and the person that came out for the evaluation was very professional that I do remember. They did the work when I was partly home and then I had to leave so by the time I came back everything was cleaned up real nice.

It went great! Mark showed up when he said he would and the job was done earlier than expected! Every detail was explained and executed with professionalism!

We have used this service before, so we asked Mark to come by and look at the problem, which consisted of a number of oak branches, both alive and dead, high above the house, in a wooded area with limited access. There were three trees of concern. He pointed out several other branches that he thought might also fall. We asked Mark to come whenever he could whether or not we were home. We agreed on a price, and Precision came by a couple of weeks later. We weren't there, but the work was done without a hitch. Our several contacts with this company over about 15 years have all been very professional and successful.

We were very happy. I don’t remember any negative issues. They were on time, work efficiently, friendly and professional.

They were good. The job took them about four hours. The price was fair. Excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves.

They did well. I wasn't home when they did the work, but they cleaned up before leaving. I would use them again in the future.

It went very well. Was everything we were hoping for. The tree was growing over a very yucky pond & was about 50 feet high. We would have loved it, if it could have been taken down, but it would have been over $3,000. We knew it would have been very difficult to take the whole thing down. So, they took off the branches that were totally dead & removed a couple of willow makers. The whole thing is now much safer, lets in a little more light and looks better. We also used them a year and a half ago. They have been quite responsive the 2 times we have had them out.

It worked out great. It was excellent. It was a good price. They were fast and courteous, they were on time, took care of their equipment. I did not have any issues.

It went real well. Their punctuality was very good. They got in and did the work in a timely fashion and they made sure everything was cleaned up after. So they took care of things real well.

They were good. Pricing was reasonable. He knew the seasons to take certain trees down. He told me what to do to save a tree so that I didn't have to cut it down. He even had a young guy shape some of my Chinese Maple shrubs. Excellent quality! I can't say anything but good things.

The job required very technical removal: a great deal of scaling, rigging and teamwork. The rather inaccessible location precluded using high-lifts and large section felling! The task was completed successfully, with no damage to any portion of the roof, house or yard.

Went fine. Did what they said they did and cleaned up well where needed.

They came and did the work in a timely manner and held true to all that they said they would do. They were knowledgeable and left things in of condition as they found them.

This work went very smoothly. There was very little damage to the lawn and the clean up after the work was very good.

They were a well orchestrated crew that were very efficient and professional. The only reason I did not give them the highest rating in each category was that they had to come back and do some more stump grinding (at another small cost) that was missed. I realize things happen and it was a huge tough stump to remove ( breaking and dulling the teeth of the grinder) but they did finish the job to my liking. .

The job went well from my standpoint! This was a difficult technical removal that had to be accomplished completely manually. The team worked well with one another and showed respect for several necessary constraints associated with the property. I have since recommended Precision Tree Service to others.

They had to do it in 2 days because an emergency came up at another client's home. They left my house in good shape and returned within a week to complete the job. I was satisfied.

Overall they did well. I told them the main reason I called them out was the front river birch needed to be trimmed. Branches were hang over roof and I was getting animals in my attack from the tree. I asked the to tighten up the whole and clear roof line. They clear roof line but no triming on other sides or top of tree. You should be very specific on what you want. Rear tree went down with no issue. The most impressive thing was their equipment. They have what is needed for any job. Yes, I would use then again!

We were looking to understand the health of the trees on our property, to identify any that might be at high risk for disease, and to take recommendations for keeping them in good health. Mark provided good information and tips for a number of the trees.

Excellent work. The crew was friendly, professional and efficient. They knocked their work out and cleaned-up the worksite. Great service.
