Excellent work and professionalism.

.The service performed was excellent. The cleanup was excellent. All in all they were very good and their price was reasonable and comparable to others. The only other comment is they may be a little disorganized in the office with scheduling and letting you know what/when something is going to happen. I had to call them a few times to get a firm commitment date.

We had a large oak that was spilt off into two parts at the base of the tree. One part leaned over our two story house and we wanted it removed because another oak further back on our property had broken off during the summer. At that time we had Mark come out and give us an estimate on removing the oak hanging over our house. He said it would need to be removed during the cold months to prevent oak wilt with our other trees. They came out on the day they were scheduled however we were not home for the removal. They had removed the large branch at the base as well as cutting off the dead branching on the remainder of the tree. They also shredded up the branches and left it at the end of our driveway for mulch next summer. They had cleaned up the whole area including sweeping off the deck. This is the second time Mark and Terry had done work in our yard and I wouldn't hestitate to hire them again.

We had two very large pine tree's, one was approx 70 years old, the other 30 years old. They were located in a very tight spot. On the North side of the tree's, approx 8 foot away is our house. On the South side of the tree's there are high electrical lines only a few feet away from the trees, and on the West side of the tree's is where my greenhouse is located. Underneath the tree's to the East is our septic field and tank. The oldest tree had began to rot in a split located high in the tree. It was only a matter of time before the tree would fall. We recieved Precision Tree and Shrub (formally known as Precision Tree Care) name by referal. Mark came out and met me for a free estimate, and after assessing the area in which the tree's were located came up with a plan to remove the two tree's with the help of a crane. He was kind, curtious, and very well versed in tree removal. The day the tree's were to be removed the whole team from Precision Tree and Shrub arrived on time. The tree climber cut as the crane then lifted the sections over the house and on to the driveway to lower gently to the ground. From the time they showed up in the morning they did not stop working, it took them less than 2 hours to remove both tree's, then they immediatly began the stump grinding. They worked together as a team so well, and there was NO scary moments, as the whole time they were doing the work you knew they knew what they were doing. We finished up with Terry, showed him a few other tree's in the back of our property that we would like to have trimmed in the future. It was a job well done and we couldnt be more pleased with their services.
