 + -1 moreHe knew what he had to do and was a gentleman. He worked on the problem immediately. The previous company was uncomfortable because they couldn't find the leak but Dennis was able to know where it was coming from just by looking at it.
Description of Work: I had a leaky roof that had a lot of different angles. I originally called another company and received an estimate of $1200. This company couldn't find the exact place the leak was coming from and wanted to rip out many perfectly good shingles to find the leak. This companies employees came out and didn't want to just start tearing at my shingles to find this leak so they left. Then I called Dennis Francis and he came out right away. Dennis was able to find exactly where the leak was coming from and just needed to caulk a certain area of the home and only charged $120.
