We had Keith Arnold the owner out to give us a roof tear off and replacement estimate. Keith arrived on time and took the time to explain the proposed job and different materials. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. No high pressure sales presentation was employed, just honest information and facts. After the estimate we decided to use Arnold Roofing for the job and are very pleased with all aspects of it. The crew arrived on the date discussed and proceeded to remove the old roofing and replaced it in one day including all clean up. The work was done as described and to our complete satisfaction. We have no problem with recommending Arnold Roofing of Holly to anyone who wishes to have a worry free job done.

The owner of the company, Keith, responded to the e-mail within one day, and we were able to schedule an appointment within a short time. He was on time for the appointment, went up on the roof to inspect it, and do an accurate measurement. We then met to discuss his proposal. He presented me with a folder which contained the brochures of all the products he would be using, and explained why he was using them, including the expected life and warranty associated with each item. The folder also contained a copy of the state license for his firm and proof of insurance for his personnel. He had a detailed quote prepared for me to read. He explained when he would be able to do the job, and also advised that there was no requirement for any money up front for the project, which was a good indication that his company had an excellent credit rating with financial institutions and building material suppliers. When I told him that I still had other companies coming to provide quotes he simply advised me to contact him if I had any questions on his quote after I received other offers. He left me all the brochures and printed materials to review. He contacted me a couple of weeks later to ask if I had made a decision. I did decide to go with a different vendor, who offered a different use of materials and products. I was very impressed with his knowledge and sincerity. There was no attempt at a hard sell, or badmouthing other roofing companies. I would definitely use his company again for quote on job that are in their field of expertise.
