Description of Work: A month ago they came out to my house because I called them to change a valve in one of the zones. Did a great job putting the valve in, cleaning up he mess.. They are very punctual and do great work. Charge was 132.00 Here is where I have the problem. A week later same problem. I call them back and the tech says " that's funny it was not the valve, it's the entire control box.". Another $200. I feel they should have refunded me he money on he first job because they failed to check the box first. It was not my fault that the tech did not do his job. Be careful when hiring. Male sure they check your entire system before they start changing parts that are not in need of change.

 + -1 moreI called West Ottawa Sprinkling in the Fall of 2006 to winterize the irrigation unit at our shopping center. In the spring of 2007 both units were leaking. I had to pay for the repairs. I asked West Ottawa Sprinkling to Connect the two units together. It them four weeks to get me a quote. Now it has been 3 1/2 months and I still do not have irrigation system that works. My terreras and grasses have died and the property looks terrible. DO NOT USE WEST OTTAWA SPRINKLING.
Description of Work: I had West Ottawa Sprinkling winterize two irrigation units in the fall of 2006. In the spring of 2007, both units were cracked, I had to pay to repair. I also hired West Ottawa Sprinkling to connect the two units together. This has taken them 3 1/2 months to get me a price and do the job. My trees and lawn are now dead. This will be the last time I call West Ottawa Sprinkling. I am joining Angie's List just for this contractor. I hope people will not have to go through what I have had to go through with West Ottawa Sprinkling. DON"T USE THEM!

 + -1 moreTHE WORK THAT THEY DO IS GOOD. I ONLY HAVE ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY OVER CHARGED ME. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE THAT DIDN'T PAN OUT. I HAD TO CALCULATE THE WORK MYSELF.
Description of Work: THEY BLOW OUT OUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM EVERY YEAR. THEY ALSO DO MAINTENANCE WORK ON AN AS NEED BASIS.
