Carpet looked great right after cleaning, however, several spots re-appeared a few days later. They came back and bleached the spots which did remove most of them, but a couple remained. They also cleaned our tile floor and that came out just great!

Randy's provided excellent carpet cleaning, for our home, which we recently moved in to. They were on time, professional, and safe. They demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, working on stain spots, high traffic areas, and areas that were wavy, which needed stretching. Gary did an excellent job, and we will use them in the future. We highly recommend Randy's Carpet Care.

They were recommended by our neighbor who stated they have tried every carpet cleaning company in the area, and none have compared to Randy's. We gave them a shot. Long story short, all the carpet looks brand new. We have two big Labs that track a lot of dirt into the house in one area, and another room that they lounge/sleep in. The carpet in their lounging room is very old and was somewhat dirty when we bought the house a year ago. I did not think it would come clean simply because of the age. Much to my surprise it looks brand new. Shocked actually. Always used a rental machine in the past and can say without question, those days are over!! Very pleased with the results and found it to be very reasonably priced.

Cory showed up at the time he said he would and went right to work on the carpet. We had issues with candle wax in the carpet and a few other stains that worried us. But Cory spent extra time on the wax and stains and now, you couldn't tell where those stains were, and the wax was all gone!! He even gave us a discount for moving the furniture out of the way. Great job Cory!! We will deffinately use Andy's Capet Care again, and reccomend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with the results

Had Randy's clean my carpet again after trying some of the discount promotions from other places over the years (Randy's gives them too, maybe not quite as cheap, but they do have promotions). They do such a better job than other places. I experienced this years ago too when I had them do it. We needed to get some really tough spots out this time and then had them put on Scotchguard, since we never had that done b/c of the chemicals since we first had it cleaned. I have to say, the Scotchguarding did smell and it was cold to open the doors and air out, but gradually the smell disapated. I'm very happy with their service and have friends who only use Randy's because they always do a good job.

He was very good. He was very thorough. It was tough job. He did the carpets too. I would definitely use him again.

They were on time, completed in a timely fashion, excellent quality, and for significantly less than the quote over the phone.

They arrived within the time frame offered and layed down cloths to walk on the hardwood floors. They put lifters under all furniture and spent alot of time pre-spotting. When finished, they raked the carpet everywhere and cleaned up everything they brought with them. Also, they put large fans on the areas as they were finished to help it dry quickly.

We were very satisfied with Randy's Carpet Care::::Rick was punctual and very informative. He went right to work on the carpets and did a great job:::we would definitely use this company again. :)

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE. MY THREE ROOMS LOOK GREAT. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK IN PLACE. ONCE THEY WERE FINISHED WITH THE JOB. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS AS WELL. THEY WERE AFFORDABLE FOR US AS WELL.

RANDY'S SERVICE HAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS. WHEN THEY WERE DONE YOU COULDN'T TELL THAT THERE WAS EVER A STAIN.

THEY SHOWED UP JUST AS THEY WERE SCHEDULED. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SPECIAL ATTENTION THEY PAID TO THE STAINS. WHEN THEY GOT DONE CLEANING MY CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW!

THEY STAYED IN EACH ROOM FOR MORE THAN TEN MINUTES. THE JOB WAS DONE TO MY LIKING. THE CARPETS WERE REALLY NICE AND CLEAN. THE PEOPLE WERE CARING AND GENEROUS.

THEY ARE AN ABOVE AVERAGE BUSINESS. I GIVE THEM TWO THUMBS UP FOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND TIME MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE WHEN THEY COME TO MY HOME AND VERY WELL MANNERED.

THEY DO AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE I PAID WAS MORE THAN FAIR. I WILL CALL THEM BACK EVERY TIME I NEED MY CARPETS CLEANED.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS REPLACE THINGS BACK IN ORDER AND MAKE SURE THAT THE CONSUMER IS SATISFIED. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE AND THEY ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE JOB.
