For these services they did not come to our house; therefore, we did not grade on Punctuality.
Description of Work: We took 3 different carpets to their facility for cleaning. We did not need their pickup/delivery service at the time, but they offer that. They had to address pet and urine stains from our son's dog on two of the carpets, and red wine on one of them. We were very happy with the results and their timeline.

Description of Work: Rainbow Cleaners did a great job of cleaning our windows and blinds. We live in a loft with two walls of windows that are waist high and go to the ceiling - 14ft ceilings. They came and took the blinds down, cleaned them, came back and washed the windows and then rehung the blinds. These are heavy, huge blinds! It's so great to have clean blinds and windows. I can't really comment on price as I did not obtain other quotes but to me this service was worth every cent! I never could have gotten the job done this well myself.

Our sump pump decided to stop working during a rainy period in January. Our insurance agency recommended Rainbow, and they were able to come the next day. They could have been a full-service provider as far as plumbing, painting, etc, but we wanted to use our own.
Description of Work: Cleanup after basement flooding. Ripped out and disposed of soggy carpet and pad. Removed moulding from wall. Sprayed anti microbial on drywall and moulding, set up large fans and dehumidifiers. Came every day except Sunday to monitor. Very polite, explained everything they were doing and why.

Overall, I was extremely pleased and will only have Rainbow clean my carpets!
Description of Work: I tried this company because of a Groupon. And I am so glad I did. I had 3 rooms of carpet cleaned and a lounge chair. The tech said I still had some $ left over from the Groupon final job price of $150. So he also used Scotch Guard on some carpet to get to $149.40. He was very professional but also wanted me as a customer to get my full worth of the deal. Also, I loved that the carpets were DRY in 5 to 6 hours like they said. I have had other cleaners that took DAYS to dry.

THEY WERE VERY ASSERTIVE NOT AGGRESSIVE. THEY OFFERED THEIR FULL SERVICES AND DIDN'T BEAT AROUND THE BUSH WHEN IT CAME TO COSTS. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
