Description of Work: I had received a bid for roof repairs and approved the job. I was told that it would occur in about two weeks. In about two weeks I received an answering machine message that they still had 3 big roofing jobs pending and that the weather had closed in on them. I was told that they were releasing me from MY obligation to have them do the job and wished me well in finding someone else. Obviously THEIR obligation to me meant nothing. I was left heading into the Thanksgiving period with a leaky roof and their best wishes. An appropriate response would seem to have been to have called earlier or offered arrangements with another company to do the work. I just joined Angie's List to find an alternative provider. My suggestion is to be wary of depending of this company, I didn't and am now scrambling to beat the snow.
