+ -1 moreExtremely helpful in store; knowledgable about products. Quick to get manufacturer prices. But cost estimate and detailed services estimate were extremely difficult for us to understand and compare with other companies', and they were locked into format they couldn't change. Further, on every such list, there were mistakes, either on proposed line of product, or on quantity, as we worked through different changes and budget constraints. This put our confidence level very low, so we went to a competitor.

+ 2 moreWe used them when we were remodeling the house. They have all kinds of interior products and services. The reason we went with them was they were the cheapest, especially for good quality hardwood. They sent out a sub-contractor to do the installation, who we ended up hiring to remodel our bathroom. We were very impressed with their contractors, who we have used personally for other work, since they sent them out. We are done with things, but if we decide to do something in the future, we would use them.
Description of Work: We purchased hardwood flooring and carpeting from Interior Images. We also got vinyl flooring and a butcher block counter top.
