+ -1 moreWanting to shop local I took it to this shop. I dropped off my computer on a Friday. They called back on the following Wednesday to tell me they couldn't get the part they needed. My laptop was too new. Offered to put expoxy glue in the input to keep dust out. Yikes. Took it to the Geek Squad. Thirty dollars for "deposit" (Must be non-refundable) and then another thirty dollars bench fee when I picked up my computer unrepaired. Seemed a little steep to not fix the thing. , Holland, MI 4942
Description of Work: Needed a ruined audio jack on My HP Pavilion Laptop replaced. This store was unable to fix.

+ -1 moreTHEY HANDLED THE SITUATION VERY WELL. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM VERY LONG TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SKILLED IN THEIR PROFESSION.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE MOTHER BOARD SYSTEM IN MY COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreWHEN I DROPPED OFF THE COMPUTER AND PICKED IT UP AGAIN THEY OFFERED TO COME OUT TO MY HOME TO SHOW ME HOW TO RUN THE NEW PROGRAMMING. I FELT THAT WAS A VERY NICE QUALITY IN THEIR COMPANY.
Description of Work: I HAD TO HAVE MY COMPUTER UPGRADED AND WORK DONE ON THE MOTHERBOARD.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS. THEY ALSO WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE WORK THEY WERE PERFORMING. THEY WERE PROMPT AND WORKED HARD TO FINISH QUICKLY.
