+ -1 moreProject went well! We were thankful for the quick response to our emergency service call. Our technician cleared our main sewer line out of the house which was obstructed by roots and causing water to back up in the basement. He had all the specialized equipment needed, including a camera so we could see the issue. He took good COVID-19 precautions. My only suggestion would be for better follow-up post service from the main office. We asked about future services for maintaining the line and never got a call back.
