Description of Work: Woke up to standing water over the septic tank. As it was just pumped 1.5 years earlier by "another" service, definitely fearing the worst. We called first thing in the morning and a technician was out within a few hours to take a look. Opening the tank revealed it was indeed full. He quickly set to work, completely draining the tank, checking the drain field and assessing the situation. He easily could have convinced me that the drain field needed to be replaced, but honestly said it did not appear near its end yet. Given How long the pumping process took, it definitely left me wondering if the last tank draining episode was not done quite up to snuff. And when the tank was drained and the sod neatly replaced, the job was done. He answered all my questions and was very professional throughout. So now we wait and see when the next draining will be needed to assess the situation again. And when that time comes you can bet I will be calling these guys again! Well done :-)
