Description of Work: Painted our dining room and living room. Was recommended by another painter-friend (who chose not to do the work). Is busy and was not able to start our job until three months after the original inspection and estimate. We set up a time; he arrived on time, was very careful taping our woodwork, was careful to lay tarps to protect our furniture. Made a point to thank us for removing all wall decorations, removing and/or covering all electric outlets, etc. (We cleared as much as possible to save his time and our money, but he made a point of noticing.) My walls are highly textured, and texturing can be hard to cover completely. Keeping paint off woodwork can also be tricky. He and his helper did a very good job. As he was the only painter who followed through with an estimate (and actual work), I cannot judge if he charges higher or lower than others. His estimate of the time required was very accurate. Did an excellent job cleaning up after he and his helper finished at the end of each day. Would definitely use him again. He takes pride in doing a good job, and it shows.
