+ -1 moreMark is super professional and consistent. I especially appreciate that he realized mid-season that plowing our front drive woke the dogs extra early. So, he started doing the main drive early and the front drive at the end of his route.
Description of Work: Mark plowed our driveway all winter. He also dug out our fire hydrant.

Description of Work: Put in a bathroom in the basement, took out bathroom fixtures from another room and patched holes from them. Painting and tile repair.

Contractor met on site with the homeowner to review ideas and plans for the project. Provided a written quote as promised. The proposal received was one of three. A second bid was requested due to a design change. Although not the lowest bidder, Alliance Contracting was helpful in providing cost saving measures and other ideas to assist the owners. Alliance Contracting provided a second quote for the new pergola plan. The contractor arrived as agreed upon to begin work as promised. The project was completed in four days as proposed. The builder kept a clean and safe work area. The work area was left clean and clear of all debris each day. The cost to complete the unfinished pergola came in as proposed by Alliance Contracting.
Description of Work: Designed [with the homeowner] and built 10' x 13' outdoor cedar pergola.
