Wow! Wow! Wow! This company was great to deal with. Jack Law is a wonderful trustworthy human being. I had Jack come out about four years ago just to take a look at my roof and tell me when I should replace it. He told me it was not time to replace it just yet. I told him that I really appreciated his honesty and will call him back in a couple of years. I did just that I called him out to take another look and he told me that I might have a year and a half to two years left on it. I decided to have it replaced early because it was 26 yrs old already and I did not want any leaks. I never had another quote due to his honesty and not trying to sell me a roof if it was not really needed at that time. This is definitely a company and a man who sticks to his word. His team came out within a few weeks after the quote. The complete tear off and replacement was done in one day. The roof and the cleanup were amazing. This company gave me time in between the Roof and the gutters to have the facia painted before the new gutters were installed. Thank you Jack and the entire team at Renovations Roofing and Remodel.

Renovations was very responsive. There were some delays due to the fact that they took on a lot of repairs in the area after a major hail storm, but all in all we were very pleased. The quality of work was excellent.

Frozen Pipes: Handled the job professionally and in a timely manner. Was able to do the job in the budget provided by the insurance adjuster and effectively advocated with the adjuster for additional work that was necessary due to the complexity of our home. When finished, our home showed no trace of the work done despite there being 3 feet of snow piled up outside. Hail/Wind Damage: I called Renovations the day after the storm. Dave came out to survey the damage and waited around for the insurance adjuster. Again, they handled all aspects of the claim in a professional and timely manner. I had a new roof on my home and garage before several of my neighbors were even visited by their adjusters. When there was a problem with the siding, he came out and corrected the error very quickly. This was especially important because our home was listed for sale at the time. All work was completed in time for our closing despite it being on an accelerated time table.

Overall, we've been very satisfied. One of owners came over. I walked around with the guy and showed him things and to see what was happening and when it was all said and done, he said you can go with us, but you don't have to. He said whatever that you're comfortable with. He came over and said I think you need obviously need new siding and a roof. When your estimator comes, I will go walk around with him and that's what he did and when the estimator was done, the gentleman said, okay, if you want us to do the work, give us a call. I called and said I think I want you to do it. He said he would work with whatever the estimator quoted and we went from there. The owner and the general foreman did a great job. Any problem I have had so far, they have been eager to come back and fix anything.

I have no good feelings about them. It took them a couple of days to call me back, he came out, gave it a quick look, and said that they would have to get a dry wall guy come out and remove some of the dry wall. He came, removed some of the dry wall, the guy came back out, took a look at it, and said that he would give us a quote in a couple of days, and left. That was the last I heard of him. They exposed the mold in the house, and then left us hanging. I guess this was because I had mentioned to the dry wall guy that this was not going to be an insurance job, and we were going to pay out of our pocket, and we were hoping that it wasn't going to get too big. I am sure he relayed this to Renovations, and they noticed that we were not going to be a cash cow, and so dropped it. I had to pay 300 Dollars for the dry wall guy to come out.

They did a very good job. The sales guy did a good job. They were not the cheapest. Their price was reasonable compared to others. They made a good presentation. They were timely. They were thorough in their presentation. They were patient as I told them to get shingles and different colors. It was incredible. They worked hard. They cleaned up. They meticulously cleaned after everything was done. They did a very good job. I have never had any roofers. So far, it's good product and good installation. I will use them again.

They took a look at the issue and promised to come back with an estimate. Not only did no one show, they never contacted us again. The previous experience was far different, so I’m not sure why they left me hanging.

I was very satisfied with what they did but I didn’t hire them to get the work done. The evaluation they did was very thorough but their price was high compared to other estimates that I got. The whole estimate process was thorough and complete. They communicated well and also followed up. I don’t think I would use their services again since it’s a 30 year old roof and I am 65.

They did an excellent job and they did it in four hours. The insurance covered most of it. The total estimate was around $4,900. The manager is Jack Law. We have dealt with him before. He is very straightforward and reliable. He does what he says he is going to do. It is really a win-win situation. About eight years ago, we used him for black mold in our house and he took care of that and dealt with the insurance company. Every time I dealt with the insurance company, they gave me the run around, so he said he would deal with them. He said that the work was more than the insurance company was telling us. I thought it was a tree that fell in my daughter's bedroom. He was really, really good and I would recommend this company to anybody.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY HAD MY GUTTERS DONE IN TWO DAYS. THEY DID VERY WELL CLEANING UP THEIR MESS. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM.
