Hi-Tech came out promptly and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He explained to me what went wrong and how I could keep it from happening in the future. I will definitely use them again.

Doug and his team were excellent. Doug came out very quickly to meet with us, understand the situation and make a recommendation. They installed a 50 gallon hot water heater We had two 11 year old water heaters that were installed when we had our geothermal system installed, they were wearing out and showed some slight leaks. Doug told us we could get bye with one water heater which saved us a lot of money. Doug's team was prompt, careful and very professional. They went over the norm and replaced fittings and lines that were out of scope but needed doing, no extra charge. They hauled all the old equipment away, cleaned up very well and were very pleasant and professional at all times. The price was fair for the equipment we received

Hi-Tech installed my Geothermal heating/cooling system and HUGELY exceeded my expectations. This is the best contractor of ANY type that I have hired. Everything was done on-time and as described, all of my questions and concerns were answered promptly, and my heating bills have fallen off a cliff. I talked with six different geothermal contractors before deciding on Hi-Tech. There were the price-gouging and quot;bigand quot; shops with dedicated salespeople--plenty of experience but insanely high prices. Also the typical fly-by-night hacks that cut corners to get the price down. Hi-Tech did GREAT work for a LOW price. They were also the only contractor willing to explore the possibility of installing an open-loop system for increased efficiency--others simply would not go there (it seems closed-loop is a bigger moneymaker--more cut-and-dried). For HVAC/geothermal, I recommend Hi-Tech and no one else. I literally could not be happier with the level of service.
