The tractor was two weeks later than promised. I had to call to get the status of the estimate. Though that was an issue, it was not the problem. When the tractor was returned, the hood was cracked in several placed with a chunk the size of a silver dollar missing from the top. When they picked up the tractor, it had one small 2 inch crack that it had for two years with no problems. When I contacted them requesting replacement with a new hood, they denied the damage stating that it must have been damaged in transit. After reminding him that they are responsible for transit, the Manager advised that he spoke to his employees and all denied damaging the hood. His response to was that his personnel would never lie to him, inferring I was lying. I was left with no recourse but to replace my hood for $200+. Regardless of the years of successful service, the Manager continued to deny any responsibility. Next time I will take pictures and have the driver sign for the condition of the unit before it leaves my property. I have moved by business to another dealer.

It is fabulous that they pick it up. They are good and I use them every year. They called me one time to tell me I needed to have a new tire put on but they don't do that unless you are okay with it. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.
