ABERDEEN VAN LINES

We used Aberdeen to pack up and move from Novi to Milford. This company delivers on service!! They were prompt, friendly, thorough and incredibly GOOD!!! We still hate moving, but Aberdeen sure made it less painful! Thanks to Sam, Mickey, Matt, D, Q and the rest of the Aberdeen crew!

Excellent Customer Service - I had a situation where I had to move fast. Sam was awesome fitting me into their schedule. The movers we great. Making sure that what they were moving was packaged correctly and there was no damage to the furniture of either house. If you are moving, here are some details to discuss with the movers ahead of time (all things that Sam's crew did). Ramps at steps (not to damage our wood stairs (100 year old house). They took extra care to wrap our furniture. They had tools to take apart and put together a couple of beds (this was not our experience with the company we used the week before). They covered all rails and stairways not to scratch any services. Put runners on our hardwood floors. - A week before I used a national moving company and let's just say it was less than desirable (Hole in the wall, scratches on the rail, not attempting to move larger items... the list goes on. Thanks Sam and crew!

The move was smooth and there were no surprises. Everything happened on schedule as promised. I had heard many horror stories about the moving industry and how prices escalated at the last minute and how deliveries were delayed. I expected the worst but was delighted to get the best. Sam gives the moving industry a good name. Sam's pricing was fair and everything was disclosed up front. I didn't pay anything other than a deposit until the move was complete. Everything arrived on time and undamaged. Sam was there to answer any questions or concern through the entire process.

Working with Sam and his crew was a great experience. The crew was timely, very careful with our furniture and belongings, gave us tips to save on the cost of moving, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Sam and his crew for any of your moving needs.

They were quick and had plenty of men to do the job. However, they lost control of our dresser and damaged it. The issue we had was that they did not tell us about the damage. We found out about the damage because it was caught on videotape at the storage unit and the storage unit people asked us how much damage occurred. When we said we weren't told of damage, we checked our dresser and indeed it has damage and brought it up w/the owner. My issue is that the workers did not tell the owner of the company, yet they still accepted our generous tip when we thought it was a good move. Owner paid for the damage under moving policy limits ($63.00), but the damage is significant enough that it will be >$300 to fix. He has offered to pay up to $100 more in good faith which is appreciated; however, I'm just concerned about what else may have been damaged that they did not admit and we're unable to check until we move everything out of the storage unit.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY GOT ALL OF MY STUFF MOVED VERY QUICKLY WITHOUT BREAKING A SINGLE THING. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
