"Tom Needham, from Ecotelligent Homes (EH), did an energy assessment on our house and then essentially acted as a contractor, organizing the work (with Cappy, but EH personnel did install some insulation as part of the larger project). We are extremely happy with EH's performance. 1) The completed work has provided us with everything we wanted. 2) In every case, all of the personnel who came into our home--sometimes for several days--were professional, friendly, and competent. 3) At one point our house presented a complexity (how to merge new HVAC equipment with a pre-existing zoning setup) that seemed to threaten the chance of continuing with a zoned house (ie dividing our house into 3 sections, each with independent temperature controls/ducts). We reached out to Tom and he coordinated with colleagues at Cappy, to insure that we got what we wanted."

"My almost 30 year old Kenmore washing machine started making strange noises when agitating or spinning. I selected Speedway (Moses Moss) based on Angi recommendation. He came out and did an inspection of machine but at the time it was operating OK in all cycles. I paid an inspection fee and he told me to contact him if any further issue. The following weekend during the 2nd load, the washer drum no longer turned during spin cycle although water pumped out. I called Moses the following Monday. He came out later in the day, diagnosed problem and repaired the washer. I was very happy with his expertise and responsiveness and will definitely contact him in the future with any appliance issues."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Ray of Rays Appliance put a generic (Chinese) belt on my dryer as the other had worn out and because of this, the belt Ray put on, was stripping off and burning on the plate below giving off this horrid stench (smelled like marijuana and we do not smoke weed) which was all through my house and on all of my clothes, towels, sheets from using the dryer Ray supposedly repaired. Called him over and over and they would say, specifically his nephew, **Well call us and well come back out.** My reply, **I am calling now! Tell me when and what time!** His reply, **Well, call us when you are ready.** UGGGHHH!! Had [a different provider] (even the serviceman said it smelled like weed) come out, took pictures and fix. Rays nephew, or so he says, tore up the wiring to my dryer and then put electric tape over which was also burning!!! The serviceman from [the other provider] showed me where this wiring job that Rays nephew had done was burning a hole in cover! He said it was just a matter of time before the dryer caught fire and possibly burn my house down! I am planning on taking him to court, if he does not refund me the $229.00 I paid him. DO NOT HAVE RAYS APPLIANCE OR ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH HIM TOUCH ANYTHING IN YOUR HOME!!!!!!! Would like to post the photos of the damage Rays Appliance did to my dryer but not seeing where I can. Hoping Home Advisor contacts me so I can upload."
