Very responsive. Provided an estimate by phone which was much better than others. Scheduled the work on a very timely basis. Made a house call so the work could be done at home. Arrived at the scheduled time promptly and completed the work both efficiently and with good quality. And with an excellent price. Also very responsive to a question I had after he had left.
