It went well...Ryan was good to work with

Contractor came out and it ended up that i wasn't able to be at home. I had left screens out and they redid them perfectly.

Greenleaf had friendly and responsive staff, all were approachable and knew what they were doing, from the company owner to his contractors. The reasons behind our leaking room were somewhat of a mystery. We had misdiagnosed the problem and called asking for a certain type of repair. Greenleaf gave it a look and were able to diagnose what was actually causing our leaking roof and explained it in a way where we could understand we weren't being taken for a ride and simply being sold something we didn't need. A week after repairs, we received sustained heavy rains over many days and had no problems with leaking, with much thanks to Greenleaf! Price seemed a little high, but the quality of the work was also pretty high. I have a lot of confidence in the work they performed and would say it as worth it (also, cedar shingles can be pricey) I gave a lower mark on punctuality only because we have to reschedule twice. We were lucky that this wasn't disruptive to our schedule but if I had a more traditional work schedule, it would have caused a problem. I will say that they were really on-point in terms of calling, emailing, using a digital calendar, so we could easily keep in communication. Despite that knock on them, it was worth it for their quality of service. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Called Ryan and waited 3 weeks for an appointment for him to come by and look at multiple jobs. I was willing to wait because of all the positive reviews. After he was 45 minutes late he called and said he couldn't make it but was sending someone to look for him. That was a week and a half ago and still no estimate. When I called he said he would try and get me one by the end of the week but has had other customers with flood damage and employee issues. He said he "hates to say no to a job" so I think he's just stringing me along. It's impossible to know if I should wait since I can't even get an estimate. I feel like I've wasted a month of my time and many of my repairs are safety related.

fixed complex set of wooden doors?that were composed of multiple slats. replaced shoe molding from curved wall surface. on time and on budget just as estimated. excellent workmanship. polite excellent service on two separate occasions.

Greenleaf contacted me the same day as my request for help. We scheduled a date/time and they arrived promptly. The work was done perfectly - with 4 new window screens installed and now they are better than what was in place when I bought the home. Will use this company again and again for screen repairs !!

Ryan is wonderful to work with. He is personable, honest, timely, and professional. The team that works with him is also very good, I had no issues with anyone that completed work in the home. Ryan is very creative and enjoys the challenge of doing something different. He initially came to see what we wanted, and then formulated the idea on paper. Although we had a general idea what we wanted, what he came up with was so much better! He also uses quality materials and an eye for detail making sure everything looks good and works properly. All his material recommendations from tile to handles were spot on and the finished product is beautiful! Ryan is a general contractor, we needed some other work done on our gutters. Not knowing who to call, I contacted some companies, then asked Ryan if he could recommend someone. He responded with, "we can do that!". We were happy he could do that as well because we already knew his work. It was completed within days. We will contacting Ryan in the future to complete any other home projects both small and large.

While we chose to go a different route for our project, I can't say enough how much we enjoyed meeting Ryan. He was extremely professional, a great listener, very thorough, and pleasant to chat with. I would hire him in the future without question.

I Called Greenleaf Home service on a Monday and heard from Ryan right away. I told him I needed a lot of work done, and he said he had a 2 1/2 hour window and scheduled Phil to meet me on Friday at 12pm. Lucky for me I received a call from Ryan on Friday morning letting me know he could be here sooner, and Phil met me at 10 AM. I was please to get Phil, he was focused and in the zone. I told Phil and Chris, I would be following them around our apartments, and had a mission to complete various task that day, they were completely on board. At the beginning of the day, I walked and even watched them complete each task. As the day progressed I became more comfortable and confident in there skills and abilities. I watched them work for the first 2 hours and by the end of the second hour I felt very comfortable leaving them to do there thing and went on to complete other tasks that I needed to address. This was my first experience hiring Greenleaf Home Services and I look forward to working with them again! They worked a full day on a Friday and were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Greenleaf Home Services!!!

The service was good. They worked well. They cleaned up and that was fine. There was a lot of sawdust leftover from the carpentry work that they did but most of the other stuff was cleaned up. They cleaned up well. Pricing was fine. We got a couple other quotes and it was in the the same ballpark so the pricing was fine. There were minor issues but nothing severe.

Ryan, owner/operator, came on the first vist and repaired 3 window screens. I also needed a door length screen to replaced the glass currently on my front screen door. He quoted me a price, gathered thr material, and created a new screen door. As I could not remove the previous glass door, this was greatly appreciated.

One of the best experiences I've had with any local business! Upon moving into our home, we were in need of handyman work around the house and found Greenleaf Home Services online. We were so satisfied with the work he initially did for us (installation of TV mount, dining room light fixture, bathroom light fixture, house front sconce lighting, and installation of mailbox, doorbell, and house numbers), that we asked him to do a major project of redoing the fireplace wall and installing doors to built-in shelves. The job was done with such great attention to every meticulous detail. Communication was great and always easy. He shared his ideas, and helped us tweak our own with his expertise of lumber, proportion, etc. He visited the site that inspired the project, and really went the extra mile during the whole process. The finished project is stunning, a real piece of art. His work is consistently the first thing people notice and compliment when visiting our home. The final project exceeded our highest expectations and hopes. Ryan is very trustworthy, and we cannot recommend Greenleaf Home Services highly enough! Five stars, easily. We have consulted him for projects after this one, as well.

Ryan was incredibly professional and handled our estimate very well considering our very busy house (twin 4 year olds, a four month old, and two cats). He was honest with us about the time the renovations would take as well as if/when we would be able to live in our house during them. Because we had drawings for each floor of our house (full basement finishing, addition and moving rooms/walls on first floor, and adding a dormer and walls and a bath on the second floor), Ryan took the time to explain the difficulties and requirements with each floor and it's effects on the others. He priced out each floor so that we could pick and choose projects and gave us realistic advice for renovating vs moving. We would have used him for our project without a doubt.

Ryan was very prompt and professional. We had a problem with one small rail loosening and he came by the same day to fix it. We called him for another job and he let us know that it would be more cost effective for us to have another type of contractor complete it. He gave us a referral, and we got great job for a nice price. We appreciated his honesty and willingness to give a us a referral. We will call him again in the future!

They did a very nice job and I would definitely use them again. Very punctual. High quality work. We changed the scope on him several times and he was very accommodating.

Nothing - my home is not located in their service area. The fee was refunded. It would be nice if the special offers would specify what service areas are covered. I guess I could always call first.

This was a great deal! I had a list of a few things that needed done - dry wall repairs in several areas, installation of a new dining room light fixture, and a couple other small items. Two gentleman came, they were very professional and took care of everything in the two hours. I was really pleased and will call them again for sure

He called and asked if he could come early to the appointment. He did exactly what I needed done within the time he promised. He cleaned up well after himself and did a fine job with the work. The deal was well worth it for the quality of work performed. He called me right away to schedule the deal. He was very prompt and worked really diligently.

Phil did a great job. Went right to work and worked quickly. Completely project faster than thought despite minor complication. He didn't complain or make a big deal...just finished the project as needed. Great work.

The situation was challenging because two French doors that are used a windows needed new screens. To build a stable screen took a creative solution. The solution was found but took 2 visits with trips to the store. Ryan was late arriving for both appointments and unfortunately, did not call at the appointment time. I am pleased with the screens that he built.

Ryan and his guy were terrific and very conscientious.

they did a great job installing cabinets. very thorough and exacting. we had asked if he could modify the molding of the hung cabinets since we didn't like the way they looked once they were delivered. he was able to customize them just as we wanted. I would use Greenleaf again. he also recommended someone for our granite countertop and that worked out well too. very happy with results.

Prompt service, pleasant and professional. Would hire again for other home repair/remodeling services.
