Description of Work: This housecleaning service has not been reliable for me. They have not been punctual, one time running over one hour late, but did call to let me know. The actual work being done is hit or miss; depends upon which worker you happen to get for the day. Sometimes the work is well done; sometimes not. Inconsistent.
