+ -1 moreGreat. What Dave thought was the problem was an easy fix after stopping by Home Depot (on my own). But like I said - he saved me the money of a service call. Lawn mower is running great now.
Description of Work: These guys are awesome. Called them up when my John Deere wouldn't start at the beginning of this season (it is under warranty, and GreenMark is the local Deere Dealer). These guys (Dave, maybe?) called me back the next day (weekend) and walked me through what was likely the problem - which was great. Clearly they were looking at a service call (and money out of my pocket), and Dave walked me through what was wrong and SAVED ME MONEY without needing to come out. He was far more concerned about getting my mower up and running (it would be raining this week, and the lawn would REALLY be out of control at that point) than he was about making an easy dollar. Awesome, indeed. Would highly recommend.
