+ -1 moreOn Jan 6 I spoke with Jason about his cleaning of the drive on the 5th when there was barely 2 inches of snow. He insisted there had been 3 inches. I confirmed my request of 3-4 inches and let it go at that. On Jan 8 @ 3am I witnessed him scraping my drive. The day befor we had snow showers with no measurable accumulation. I later confirmed this with the weather service. On Jan 10 I questioned why he had "plowed" my drive and he insisted it had snowed all day on the 7th and the snow had "piled up". I had to repeatedly tell him that was not true and to check with the weather service. The conversation quickly became an exercise in futility and I told him NOT to plow my drive anymore. On Jan 12 when I got up my drive had been plowed. On the 11th it had snowed about 3 inches. At 9:30 I called and left a message with his answering service stating I had previously discontinued his services and if necessary I would contact the AG's office.
Description of Work: I signed a contract in mid dec for snow removal of my drive and a short walk. I specified in the contract it was not to be cleaned at snowfalls of less than 3-4 inches which was agreed to by Jason. Other than that I believe it was a normal contract. The cost was $25 per cleaning unless the snowfall exceeded 6 inches.
