Very disappointed with the results. The first draft of the plan incorporated very little of the style or look we requested. A second attempt still missed the mark. We are left with an unworkable plan, at a rather high cost.

They worked quickly and professionally and the results are beautiful. They installed bushes and flowers and even installed an extra small bush on the end when they thought that something was needed in a spot that wasn't anticipated. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Beth, Mark and their crew provided everything we wanted and more. They guided us through the design and selection process not only helping us make good design choices, but also saving us money by vetoing several of my silly ideas. Their knowledge of what plants and features would work well on our lot were spot on as evidenced by how well everything filled out in the spring. We wanted low maintenance landscaping and we got it, although now that our yard looks so good, working to keep it that way is actually not a burden. Beth's design is colorful with enough variety to make it attractive and enough simplicity to make it manageable. The crew onsite was thorough and professional, taking time to explain the work they were doing and, thus, preventing me from screwing it up once they left. Beth and Mark visited the site regularly and were eager to stop by when I had questions. We've done considerable work on our house in the last few years (siding, roofing, painting, new garage, much interior remodeling) and Landmark's work is like the jewel in the crown.

Beth and mark were very personable and professional. They were punctual, and their crew arrived at the appointed time as well. Beth and mark came with the crew and went over the job, and introduced me to the foremen of the projects to be completed . the crew worked efficiently and well...We will definitely work with them again. We do not have a final bill, and I expect that their price might be on the high end, but they are well worth the expense.

Good job in mowing, fair job in trimming and poor job in edging. Fair in trimming, as some trees were never touched in trimming. At the initial edging, an additional charge was added for clean-up after the initial edging. It was not done. No evidence of the initial up charge for edging and the edging was never done the walkway to the front door. I requested a personal review of job performance by management. I never received a telephone call regarding my issue or when someone would be present to discuss my concern. No response, I thus terminated the service within 3 weeks, due to fair to poor service, failure to respond to my request.

We felt comfortable with the proposal of their price and their service. Their quality was superb. Their professionalism exceeded our expectations. They were great.

It went very good. They were prompt in answering the phone and coming for an estimate. They were on time to perform the service. They have good customer service and were professional.

Kept in touch as to when they would start due to weather uncertainties and back ups with other weather dependent contracts. Job was done in one day and there were follow up calls about my satisfaction. Sent a notice in late winter with updated pricing for spring/summer lawn services, and it was an ala carte, so we could pick and choose and leave comments on what we'd like to focus on. She (Beth) always calls and returns calls throughout the process.

Fall cleanup. All leaves, twigs and branches were removed. They came in under estimate. I originally wanted year-round service, but I'm too far outside their "circle of business" with regards to snow-plowing service. Consequently, I will not do business with them again.

It turned out really well. I was very pleased. We used existing materials, with the exception of the limestone. Mark was very professional and informative about how the work would be done, because I used existing blocks that I had. The crew was very polite and professional, and they even did a few extra lifting jobs for me while they were here.

Weekly trimming grass and edges being done for 3 years every summer. Very neat and punctual. Their price was the be

excellent! Beth worked with me to synchronize the timing of the lawn installation and landscaping with construction of a deck and fence that was done around the same time. The crew came out and removed old mulch over a large area, graded and seeded. They transplanted plants from the old areas to new areas that Beth thought would look nice and they do! A few days after the work was done, Beth came and did an inspection and sent the crew back to redo a few areas where she felt the work was not up to the company's standards. She has been great about answering all my questions and following up. I give them my highest recommendation

They were the best company I have ever dealt with. They were on time and did everything as promised. They went over the plan with me and made some modifications and were receptive to my ideas. They did a beautiful job and had a great design. They promised to get it done in two weeks, and were able to get it done in that time.

Beth and Mark (the owners of Landmark Landscaping) came out to investigate and see why we were getting water in our basement. They asked questions, they inspected the sight, and they came up with a game plan to divert the water away from the house. The contract was sent to us and signed, but, they would not collect any money until the contract was received and the job scheduled...and then only requested a half payment. They did not want to hold onto our money until the job was started. Their game plan worked well. The water was diverted away from the house. Their was one problem however...one of the reasons the water was staying around the house was the sump pump was not routed far enough away from the house when the house was built 20 years ago. The water was pumped out, and then it would just seep back into the ground and back into the basement. When they routed it farther away from the house, it was flooding the popups in the ground that Landmark recently installed. When I called them, their response was very quick as they were eager to resolve the problem. They came back out and met with me and reinspected the area again. They came up with a gameplan to reroute the sump water away from the saturated area. Landmark was there within 4 days to fix the problem and they did not charge me for it as they included it in the original project. They also seeded the fist area again! Great Job Lalndmark Landscaping! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

We had requested that our lawn be mowed a little shorter, we spoke to Mark and he said it should not be short as not healthy for the lawn, however we still wanted it to be short and not look messy. they did not do this as requested.

Beth worked closely with us (long distance) on a formal plan (we live in Minneapolis but own a house in E. Lansing). She was great to work with, very responsive to emails and phone conversations. She even sent photos of choices for our Japanese Maple which was an important part of our landscaping. Meeting with both Beth and Mark in person made me feel entirely comfortable the job would be done well. Their crew was amazing, quick, but attention to details. Spring is now here and I am back in E. Lansing to check on how things fared over the winter. We did lose a few plants and Beth made a list of those items and will replace. Some of our old landscaping also refused to "give up" and spung up in odd places which they will also take care of. What great service and attention to details. This is a company I feel comfortable recommending 100% for your design needs and installation.

LandMark was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were professional and very responsive. During the planning of the project they listened to us and took into account our budget. They devised a plan for the project that would work best for our family and our yard. Their crew worked very hard and were equally as professional. We were very pleased with amount of time it took to complete such a large project. And they were very accommodating as some changes were made along the way. Mark and Beth stopped by at least once every day to check in with us and the status of the project. We are tremendously happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend LandMark to others.

I was very satisfied with Landmark Landscape Inc. They were very good. They were very good at cleaning all the beds out. They cleaned all the sticks and leaves very thoroughly.

Landmark was great. Professional from quote to finish. The quote was sent via email with a full description of what they were going to do. I had a few questions which were promptly answered. Great communication all the way around. I originally contacted them in early June for a quote. Beth was very nice and explained that this wasn't the right time of year and that waiting until later in the season would be better for reseeding. When it finally came time to do the work, they were totally on the ball. I got reminders about two weeks in advance to contact the sprinkler company to mark the sprinkler heads. About on week in advance, another call that the utility companies were coming by to mark the lines. The day came and I left the house with bumps in my yard and came home to a completely regraded and reseeded lawn. They ended up having to extended the original area more than expected to make it look good. Everything was cleaned up and there was no dirt anywhere it shouldn't be. Beth followed up to make sure I was happy. I had a few questions about the sprinkler heads which were promptly answered. A few months later, and out the blue I get an email saying they had driven by to check on how things were progressing. They said it looked good but might need fertilizing. They set up everything for me. I am very happy with this company. Their attention to detail and quality control has been outstanding. I will use them again!

Staff was very professional. However, the quote was much higher than the ones received from other companies, so we didn't hire them.

Great experience! This team came on time on the date selected, Dug up 3/4 of our back yard, pulled up vinyl paper, rototilled and got the land ready for replanting. The team worked together, were pleasant, and made sure they did what we wanted. Will certainly call them again for any yard work we need or even just for advice on a project. This company is A-1.

I love my landscaper. We had several landscapers come out to give us estimates and Landmark Landscaping impressed us the most. They really have an eye for design and the quality of their work is excellent. I absolutely would use them again and I have recommended them to other people!

.The old tree was cut as early as weather allowed, and the stump was ground. This was not performed by LandMark, but they supervised it. The stump grinding was not satisfactory, so they followed through with the other company and it was completed promptly. A new tree was planted the next day, the ground around the tree was beautifully landscaped, and they even dug out, saved, and then replanted some Myrtle that was already under the old tree. LandMark was very attentive to the whole process; Beth kept in constant contact with me so I knew what would be happening when. This company has excellent customer relations--they were very attentive, returned my calls, and answered my questions. They are pricey, but I am so pleased with the whole experience that I really feel it was worth the price.

Company did good job very promptly. My only objection was that they insist on plowing at only 1 1/2" of snow. I do not feel this is necessary.
