Scott was very professional. I had my water tested. He recommended a water treatment system best for my situation and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. I had a water softener already and he felt I could use this I appreciate the honesty. The installers were very knowledgeable and answered all of my detailed questions. They were very responsive and I know have great tasting water now. Very much recommend this team.

They were excellent and even assisted with financing. They were very professional and called us the day before to confirm our appointment. They arrived on time. The only thing is I forget to call them to come out to put in the salt but other than that, we are very pleased with our system. Donny was our salesman and we would definitely use them again.

Thank you to Mark and Ryan for installing the new water softener. Have used Clearwater for 20 years now and would not use anyone else. I have horrible well water and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I have the best water possible both inside the house and outside.

Went well. rebuild was 1/2 the cost of new. Only thing that the carbon filter ($700) was oversold as a million gallons, really ~250,000 gallons. Still bought afte some Google compares

Fine once they confirmed the appointment was for the morning and not the afternoon. Scott also called a half hour before to notify me he was on his way.

Did a fantastic job. Explained that the filters were designed to shut down after 500 Gal of water. Hiring Kinetico and paying them for the filters was all cheaper than buying the filters on Amazon!!

Donny showed up on time and was very professional and personable. He went through a whole presentation and explained every test he ran. Prices came at the end of the presentation, I think the whole appointment took just over an hour. He answered our many, many questions and was patient. They do try to push their Kinetico system, which is very pricey. However, they do offer other solutions that are similar in price to what other companies offer. We ended up purchasing the Kinetico system and will update post after using product for a while. They do offer to come out once a year and test your water to make sure the product is functioning as promised.

Water softener was filled and hardness tested. Did not bring enough salt and 2nd trip was necessary a couple of days later.

I was totally happy with that guy. That guy went above and beyond like he really cared.

System is still in good shape after 6 years. Answered my questions.

The technicians who installed the system seemed to do a good job on the day of installation. A few days later I went to the water system area in the basement and found puddles of water surrounding it. I called the salesman and he sent somebody out a day or two later. They inspected the system, and said it was a loose nut on the line to the brine tank and left...without cleaning up the water mess or salt residue from the leaking salt water. A week later it was still leaking, so I called again. My message was not returned after several days so I called again and left a message, which was returned the same day. It then look over a week to get another technician to come to the house. He said the brine tank was cracked from when the installation technicians moved it, This technician did a thorough job, replaced the tank, cleaned up the entire area and the salt residue, and checked to make sure the entire system was ok. In the end the system is working well, but two return visits and a lot of hassle should not be part of the deal,

Clearwater has followed through and assured my current Kinetico system is performing perfectly.

Their price was too high. They were very responsive. The sales guy was great and he came prepared. They wanted my wife also to be present during the visit. The visit lasted for a couple of hours and you don’t see the price until the end of it.

I used Clearwater Systems Kinetico and the experience was fine. I last spoke to them in the last 6 months. They brought salts which they put in the water softner. they were prompt, on time and reasonably priced. I would recommend Clearwater Systems Kinetico and use them in the future again.

They were okay. The presentation was good, but the price was just outrageous. They had a polished presentation, and you could tell that they had done a lot.

Account manager was knowledgeable and recommended S250 Kinetico Premier Series for a new build (pressure to include RO system which I declined over and over again) . Installation was scheduled later in the week which went well. Pricing but hopefully meet expectations over time. No complaints.

We can now do laundry without ruining clothes and the rust stains and white mineral crust on all our fixtures and tubs have not returned in 3 months, when they used to be a problem every week. We are also using way less salt for the softener than the old machine did. Even better, the old softener was loud enough to wake up my wife in the middle of the night, while the new Kinetico system is so quite, she never hears it. | |We also had them replace our cheap, carbon filter for drinking water with an RO system. It was expensive, but it is wonderful and tastes better than we expected. When we had a slow dripping leak from the plastic lines going to the RO system, they were out to our home promptly and fixed the problem. There have been no leaks, and no problems with the system since then. They even followed up a couple weeks later to retest our drinking water to ensure all the prior contaminants (like arsenic) were truly being removed by the RO system. | |The initial salesman, Scott Brackenridge, was helpful, respectful, and was not pushy. Any questions he could not answer, he called someone immediately to get the answers. The 2 installation technicians were a bit early and on site for most of the day. Prior plumbers had made a mess of the water lines near the old softener and water tank, and the technicians from Clearwater Systems removed many copper lines and replaced them with a MUCH tidier arrangement of copper lines within the original price quote. The technicians both were polite and respectful in their dealings with us, and answered questions and concerns we had throughout the day. Before they left, they cleaned up their debris, and all old equipment, they also addressed all concerns we had and even went the extra mile to make sure we understood how to maintain and replace all the filters and do the normal routine maintenance of all the devices. | |I am very pleased with my experience with Clearwater Systems and would recommend them to anyone.

The sales person on the phone seemed very knowledgeable about common water issues and set up an appointment to have someone come to the house to test the water. The employees arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about their equipment and generally about water problems. A battery of tests were done on our water to evaluate the hardness, iron content, pH, arsenic, and dissolved solids. The high iron content was verified. The rest of the appointment was an elaborate sales pitch apparently focused on up-selling $3900 water softener and a $2000 reverse osmosis system. Our current water softener was shown to be delivering soft water but not removing enough iron. I had to specifically ask about an iron filter. At this point I was losing faith in this company resolving the issue that I asked for without spending $3800+ on equipment that I didn't feel was necessary. I didn't feel as though they respected my time since I asked more than once if we could wrap this demonstration up soon. I felt as if the sales guys were digging for problems that they could sell instead of focusing on my specific concerns. I will be looking elsewhere for resolving my water issues.

The salesman was very professional and provided excellent solutions to our problem. The installer was also very professional and extremely polite and responsive to our questions and needs.

It was great. The salesman was on time. He was very knowledgable about the product. The salesman and the installer both tested the water. Everything works fine, and we are very happy with theboth products.

This was the third service guy to come out for the same complaint. He fixed the issue and everything is working fine now. I am happy with their service.

All representatives were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. System was installed in a timely manner. It has only been in for less than 3 months, but is working beautifully so far.
