Adams sent one of their technicians last fall to clean my furnace and get it ready for the heating season. As they removed the filter, they discovered 2 dead mice inside the cold air return ducts. One was badly decomposed and stuck to the filter housing. He scraped out the remains and cleaned the duct to get rid of any residue. Then he cleaned the filters to make sure nothing remained. This is probably not the norm for furnace cleaning, but the technician went above in beyond to not only make sure that our furncae was working, but that our deceased house guests had been evicted. This is typical of the kind of service that Adams provides on a regular basis. They are my HVAC provider of choice, even if their prices aare just a bit higher than competitors--after all, you get what you pay for.

Great. Found the problem and repaired it in two days. Turned out that the previous owner had hooked the system incorrectly and they diagnosed and corrected it.

They are prompt. If I have a problem, then they come out almost immediately. He is well staffed. They are a little high priced. We have geo-thermal heating.

I recommend them and will definitely use them again.

About a year before, I had a new high efficiency water heater installed after my old one died. Recently, the heating element burned out on the new water heater and I called them to see if they could replace it. They came the same day, removed the old element and replaced it with a new one at no charge. Adams also services my furnace every fall, and reminds me when it is time, rather than me having to call them. I don't think I would even consider using another HVAC service in this area because Adams has secured my loyalty with their professionalism and personal care no matter what the circumstance has called for. They get two thumbs up, five stars, and my highest recommendation.
