+ -1 moreWOULD NOT RECOMMEND! First they over charged me & it took calling them twice to get the price they quoted. Then they didn't pick my trash up this week. Not impressed.
Description of Work: This does not apply. I only get weekly trash pick up.

+ -1 moreI do not like them. They are very high in their charges and when I tell them about a quote the other company gave, they try to match it, which is not right. I expect them to give me the price earlier itself. They are on time and pick it up, but the price.
Description of Work: I used the services of Waste Management Inc. to collect my yard waste.

+ -1 moreThey will not acknowledge that it is gone. They said they will have the management call me and they still won't call me back. They keep sending me through the ringer and personally seen the man take the bin.
Description of Work: They made a pick up for us and stole a bin of mine. We spend $55.00 a quarter.
