The technician that serviced my home is (I believe) also the owner of the business. His name is Richard. He replaced my garbage disposal. I found him to be a person of integrity. He didn't try to rip me off, overcharge me, or sell me something that I didn't need. I asked him if I could give him a tip and he stated that he doesn't accept gratuities. What a rarity! :-). Richard was done in about an hour. I have a double sink in my kitchen and water would bubble up in left sink when I turned on the garbage disposal in the past. He explained to me that this was a plumbing issue separate from the disposal and that I might need a plumber. But he thought maybe I could avoid the cost of a plumber by pouring about a gallon of hot water down the right sink drain and some Draino down the left sink drain. So we tried it and it worked! So, right now, I don't need a plumber to fix it. He fixed it with a home remedy. He probably saved me a bundle! I also noticed (after he left) that he had repaired the leaky faucet that I had as well and didn't even tell me. He just did it and didn't charge me. Richard mentioned to me that he also services washing machines and dryers. So, if you want to hire someone you can trust, who will give you a fair price, who has integrity, and who will do the job right; I recommend Richard, hands down!

Great! My garbage disposal quit and I called just before 5:00 and said he'd be there in 1/2 hr. Did not expect such prompt service. He replaced the disposal and the water line on my fridge. It took about 2 hrs and I am very happy with the job Richard did and would use him again.

I called Richard and left a message leaving my Name, Phone, and Issue. He called back asked for the model # and serial #. I explained briefly what was going on and he gave me an appointment time. Upon arrival he intrduced himself. He was driving a small blue work truck. Which had his company info on it. I showed him the washer and he quickly had it in pieces. He did not even charge extra because there was water in it like some other companies do! He checked a few things and then disconected the motor and hooked up a new one. It worked! He told me a price and asked if I wanted him to repair it. I said sure thing. And a few minutes later he had the machine back together and water draining out. I did call a few other repair shops some were about the same price and one was signifigantly higher. No one could come out the same day! This was a great experience! Saved us from buying a new washer. And how could I beat the timetable? Richard seemed like an honest guy who likes to just get to the problem. I will call him again if I ever have the need! Be ready and have the are aready to be worked on. And leave him alone while he is working. He is not one to doddle around as he just wants to get it fixed. Let him do his job and he will have it done in a jiffy!

He came out and did the job and it's still working just fine today. He is willing to go the extra mile and even took my microwave home and worked on it once.

I asked them to look into a specific issue and they gave me a quote for that. They were not very professional. They came to look at the dryer, but they were looking at everything else other than what was wrong with the dryer.

This man really did a fantastic job and his price was perfect. I was so relieved when I found it could be fixed and for a very inexpensive price. He was courteous and professional the entire time and I wouldn t hesitate a second to tell anyone about him. If you ever need someone to look over any appliance you might have that is on the blink, do yourself a favor and call him before anyone else. You will be happy you did.
