+ -1 moreGreat, when my A/C broke down they were able to come out the same day and figure out the problem. I needed both a new A/C unit & Furnace and they installed it in less than one week, during the hottest time of the year. I got a great warranty. The installers were very personable and answered every question I had. they were on time, completed the job in one day and cleaned everything up. The owner also stopped by to make sure everything was perfect- and it was!! I am very impressed with the excellent service. I owe several properties and will use them again

Description of Work: Two reps came out and took pics and took a look in the attic and stated estimate would be called back by owner. Was not called back for a few days and she tried to sell me the highest efficiency furnace that was not necessary for such a small home plus she tried to tell me she could give me an estimate on the stairs her reps said were broke. They were not broke, just had a spring was out which did not justify having to need them replaced. Didn't bother getting the estimate from her for any of the service requested. Poor way to run a company by having the person giving the estimate not being the same person who came out to the home.

But I do plan on using this company in near future when they have the yearly maint. plan set up. They seem very honest company and I had talked to the owner.
