From initial visit to completion of the job, we have nothing but praise for Clennel and his workers. They were professional, courteous and most important knowledgeable. The estimate was thorough and detailed. The crew was always on time and worked hard all day. They did an excellent job of protecting our carpeting, windows, doorways, etc. and cleaning up after they were done. The work came within budget. We were more than satisfied and totally happy with the quality of the completed work. I would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend this company.

Kitchen ceiling damaged by upstairs bathroom. Ceiling looked bad. Talked to Lisa who was very professional and kept me updated. They did an excellent job on the ceiling and painting. I would use them again.

The repair was thorough, expert, and professional. There aren't many companies that know how to work with plaster walls. Lakeside was a true pleasure to deal with - great employees and great owners. I found the right company to restore my damaged plaster walls to original condition. They took great care to keep the site as clean as possible and did a great job cleaning up when the job was done.

We are so happy with the work Clennel and his team did! They needed to completely rebuild significant portions of the ceiling in multiple places in our house and they did a seamless job. Great quality work which Clennel either did himself or oversaw --he even tore out and replaced lathe that wasn't up to par. We have an old house and they did a great job respecting and preserving the original character and details. They did great work repairing crumbled crown molding --it's detail work and impossible to tell what they repaired compared to the original. They were also on schedule and on budget. Job really well done, would recommend without hesitation.

Lakeside's crew was punctual, and professional. The work was done on schedule, and within the budget agreed. In both occasions, the work was done in occupied apartments, and Mr Williamson's crew completed the work with a minimum of disruption. Clean-up was done on a daily basis and was excellent.
