Jeff, the owner, and his crew are very friendly. Jeff was honest and communicative from the start - no surprises - and very timely with work (especially with all the rain we've had!).

I hate to give this company a bad rating, because there were two parts to this project and one part was done wonderfully. Part 1 was the driveway and we are satisfied with that. The crew was polite and clean. Part 2 - the walkway leading to the driveway. They were supposed to remove some of the pavers in the existing walkway so that they met the driveway, mimicking the existing pattern. Instead, the pavers were cut straight across and the walkway is not level with the driveway. We now have a 2 inch bump that is easy to trip on. The builder should have anticipated this in his estimate. Instead, he left it this way with no resolution.

A competitive quote was provided (actually better than one quoted by a company on Angie's list). I used Cherry Homes because they are accredited by the BBB with an A+ rating.

They did a great job on my porch, railings and awning replacement. They also redid my retaining wall. I've had nothing but compliments and thumbs up from my neighbors. The only downside was that they charge a fee when paying by credit card and the fees can add up to several hundred dollars on a large project.

The work was satisfactory. We had a few problems and the owner was rather sharp and snippy with my wife about the complaints we had. They did correct the complaints but the should never have had to be made. They are the professional and should have seen the problems without us complaining. We had a good experience with them before and that is why we choose them for this project and paid the price they asked, though it was rather high. Because of the attitude that the owner displayed we would not recommend them to our neighbors or anyone who asked. The job was completed timely and does look nice. The owner does not handle complaints well.

Jeff was very pleasent . The work was done quickly and efficiently . The work men were identified before they were sent .

We have been in our home for many years. This is the second set of gutters that we have installed. I believe the quality is much better than our last install. Of course, as on most projects time will be the deciding factor.

Courteous, personable, reliable and informatively helpful. Job not only done quickly but properly too. They even went above the job expectations by adding a feature allowing easier access to the side of the garage. I would highly reccommend.
