 + -1 moreIt went very well. Doug was professional, courteous and prompt to respond to my call. Whoever wrote the previous review that gave him an F was totally mistaken. It is hard for me to believe that this other customer wrote something so completely opposite of our experience. His family has had this business for years and other websites agree with my report - 4 STARS is good enough for me!
Description of Work: He unclogged the pipes to our bathroom toilet, sink, & shower.

 + -1 moreno results except $415.00 bill
Description of Work: told me that the drain pipe was broken and could no do any thing for me and that the bill is 415.00 to check it out. had company come out and dig the septic line up and found the line is frozen and not broken. tried to contact the four numbers and left voice mails and no one will and no one will answer the phone or return my calls.

 + -1 moreDon't waste your time calling them. They will make appointments so you can just wait around the house for them to show up. Never did even get a price or call back. Don't bother calling to see when they are comming, the rude girl on the phone won't give a straight answer.
Description of Work: They did not do a thing for me. Would be nice if I could just rent the tools from them and do it myself.

 + 0 moreHe was referred to us by our plumber. He phoned us right away, and when he heard that we were time-limited, he rearranged his schedule and came right over. He was very friendly and offered excellent advice, and completed the job very quickly. His work and service ethic is excellent.
Description of Work: This gentleman went out of his way to come right over and clear our sewer line. He was personable, friendly, and did the job quickly. I would highly recommend him!
