Description of Work: Allen did a great job commuicating and delivering the service a promised. No nickel and dime pricing even though I added a few extra rooms. He was reasonably priced, even for the add-ons, and responsive when I called back later with a question.

Description of Work: The owner of Checkered Flag Carpet Care, Mr. Allan Karamon, responded promptly to my request for service through the Big Deal, called ahead of arrival at my home, and arrived on time. He was friendly and personable. I have a 1900 square foot ranch-style house with 10 year old carpets in the front rooms and 27 year old carpets in the 3 bedrooms. He thoroughly and quickly steam cleaned the carpets himself in record time (the man looks very strong). Prior to his arrival, we had removed most portable items from the rooms and he moved furniture where possible. He also cleaned under the beds if they weren't too low. To my delight, even my old, worn carpets look very clean and as a bonus--feel very soft. It took a couple of days for the carpets to completely dry but that has been my experience with other carpet cleaners. I expected the drying time to be longer than stated. All in all, a great carpet-cleaning experience at an affordable price. I would definitely use Checkered Flag again.
