Hired Checkered Flag Carpet Cleaning to clean carpets in a recently purchased foreclosure. Carpets were in pretty rough shape and I was not optimistic they could be cleaned. They arrived on time and cleaned two bedrooms, adjacent hallway, and the living room. I was in awe at how clean they were able to get the carpets. Stains that I thought would be impossible to get out were gone. Highly recommend this company. I will absolutely use them again.

Great job, carpets were clean and fluffy and service was performed very efficiently with estimated drying time and caution that they might be slippery. Was disappointed that none of the furniture was "lifted" onto slips of paper to protect the bottoms from becoming water stained. Was also surprised that they did not vacuum before using power cleaner. My home is clean, but every time I've had carpets cleaned before (in other homes) there was always a heavy duty vacuuming done before actually applying the cleaning solution and water.

The provider was a pleasure to work with. He was on time and did an excellent job. Our carpets were absolutely filthy and they look excellent after his service! There were a number of stains that he was able to completely remove as well. I will definitely use him again in the future.

He missed a couple of areas under table down the basement but overall he did a good job. They should make sure they move the tables when they clean. Their price was good.

The carpet was very wet after the cleaning. After 30 hours there is still some damp areas. We were told that after 6 hours the carpet should be dry. It appeared he was in a hurry which maybe due to being late for the appointment. The price was very fair and he did clean a large area for the money.

Alan came in early and set to work right away. We had moved a lot of the furniture to get full cleaning of the carpets. The furniture we did not move were well taken care of. He placed thick foil under the furniture legs to protect furniture and carpets. Alan was very efficient and fast.

Great experience. Allan is a true professional. Very pleasant experience from the time my call was answered until job completion. He was friendly, prompt and did a very thorough job. Carpets look great! He was able to remove several significant stains that I did not even expect possible. I will use this company from now on!

They did a good job. I was pleased with the work. The cost could always be better. What we ended up doing to was having two additional rooms done. Those were at the normal rate which ended up making a little higher. They could have given us a bit of a break on some additional business since they were already here. The quality of their work was very good. I don't remember any issues with professionalism. It was fine. They knew what they were doing.

It went well. There were no problems. The service people were great. There were no difficulties with working with the company. They did a great job.

It went very well, They charged us more than $120 because we had some extra things done. The carpet needed stretching in a couple of areas. I just know we paid a little extra to have the carpet stretched. There was just one man and he had, he was very tedious and very efficient.

It was pretty good. It was a little more because of some stains and such.

Our experience with them was average. My wife wasn't totally satisfied. The carpet was left a little too damp.
