I was disappointed. They indicated they would move light furniture (I even offered to help move it) and they didn't move anything. I felt very rushed during the whole process and he seemed to be in a hurry to be done and gone as soon as possible. Stains were left and the whole carpet wasn't cleaned all that well. After reading great reviews I was hoping for a great experience but was left very disappointed with the service.

It went very well, he arrived right on time, cleaned the rugs I'd paid for and then I asked if he had time to clean an upholstered chair I had and he did that as well for a very reasonable price.

Great! This was the first time using Checkered Flag, and I will definitely use them again. Very professional, high-quality work, and very customer oriented. I especially liked that they did not try to upsell me on additional services the way some of the big chains do.

Carpet looked and smelled great. First time I've had my Capet deodorized that it didn't have a chemical smell. I told Allen I was sensitive to smells, and he diluted the formula so it wasn't overpowering. Planning on having him back to clean all the bedrooms.

Everything went very smoothly. On time, efficient, professional & personable. Stains from cats totally gone as well as an odd stain that the previous carpet cleaners were not able to get out was at least partially removed. I'd hire them again.

Alan was very flexible in arranging a time and date to perform the work. He even adapted to a changing schedule and got the job done more quickly for us than we had anticipated. I had already emptied all the rooms of furniture, as we are selling the home. This may have made the whole process move along more quickly. Still, I was amazed at how fast Alan worked. I was still messing around in one of the rooms, trying to vacuum up every spec of dust I could. Alan told me that would not be necessary. He had already sprayed down a type of spot-remover pre-wash solution in the heavily-soiled areas. I got out of his way and let him continue with the work. I anticipated that this type of job would take between 45 minutes and an hour-and-a-half. He was done within about 25 minutes from start to finish. The carpet looked excellent. We had some very tough stains and heavily tracked areas that I did not think were going to come clean. Alan showed me how his equipment worked and explained the process involved, answering all my questions. He provided me with a receipt, detailing the work performed. I was very pleased and impressed with his company and the work he did for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We will use him again in the future.

It did not go very well. I would not use them again.

Allan Karamon, the proprietor of Checkered Flag Carpet Care, worked with me to find the best date for my cleaning and performed the service punctually. He was very pleasant as we did the walk-through of my house, expressing confidence that most of the stains could be removed. I identified a few extra things we had talked about, including cleaning a chair, and he got straight to work. We had cleared most of the furniture from each room and Allan moved things like couches as he cleaned. When done he invited me to examine his work and I was very pleased. He pointed out a few areas he could not get clean but in truth, he had cleared stains from areas other carpet cleaners had not been able to lift. Another unexpected detail from the service was the drying time. Most carpet cleaners give an 8-12 hour window of drying time, and it takes 3 days. Allan said it should be mostly dry by nightfall and it was true! The carpet was fully dry everywhere by the end of the next day. I am very pleased with Allan Karamon and Checkered Flag Carpet Care and have decided they are my new go to carpet cleaners.

No fuss, no muss, just clean carpets. Even the bathrooms, which can be difficult, we done well. I was charged $25 for both bathrooms and it is a fair price. He moved our couch and some futons and the dining room table and chairs.

Wonderful! They did an excellent job! They were accommodating and very professional.

The gentlemen that we spoke to and worked with was very nice. He gave us a good deal and had to drive beyond his service area to assist but arranged everything quickly and based on our availability. Prices were reasonable and service was good.

Cleaner was on time and got up stains that we had a hard time removing. He used products that were eco-friendly for our dogs.

I give Alan all As. He was very professional from A to Z. He was pleasant on the phone and called back, when I came home I was very pleased with the results. My husband was also very pleased and we called Alan back to let him know how pleased we were and that we would use him again and also leave a review.
