Description of Work: The man was extremely polite and punctual.I admit my carpet had some old stains .The carpet that did not was fine and soft to the touch afterwards however the stains all reappeared .

Description of Work: They cleaned the equivalent of 5 rooms plus. Professional, courteous, punctual, and very conscientious of their work. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in two bedrooms and finished basement, as well as sofa and chair. It went very well. While the gentleman who came was about an hour later than the set time window, he did call to make sure that worked for me. It was fine.

Description of Work: The services performed were commensurate with the price paid. Alan was very professional and prompt, and I think the quality of the service was fine. A couple of minor complaints: he didn't really move the few pieces of furniture I have, he worked around them by flipping a couch on its side and moving another one slightly resulting in his missing a small spot. Additionally, I didn't feel like he was very careful with his equipment. His tubes kept hitting my walls and baseboards and while I haven't noticed any damage, I thought he could've been more careful. Overall, a good value and a very friendly proprietor.

Description of Work: They cleaned eight 200 sq. ft. areas in our house. The cleaning was thorough and very effective. They were careful with their work and did a couple little extras to make it a complete job. They were pleasant to deal with and I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: We have used a different natural carpet cleaner in the past, and the result was not quite satisfactory. But Mr. Allan Karamon, the owner of Checkered Flag, did a thorough job. There is no spot or stain left. We will certainly ask him again. We appreciate the discount for the members of Angie's List.

Description of Work: Miscommunications led to another company tackling carpets at a home we were moving into. Red Flag still helped us out and came in for furniture cleaning and did a great job! Will definitely use again and would highly recommend. (Wish the other company had followed the cancellation correctly so we could have used Red Flag for entire house!)
