He was originally scheduled for 9 days earlier but we had a bad power outage and he was very willing to come later. He was a bit late but called to let us know in advance AND that was good because moving out all our furnature took much longer than we expected. The carpets really cleaned up well! They are (ugh) white and even the spot under the bed where our large black dog sleeps came clean!

I called the provider on Oct 26 regarding cleaning my carpet and couch. He contacted me back the same day but I missed his call and returned his call on Monday, Oct 28. He gave me a price quote by phone of 98 dollars for cleaning both the couch and the carpet. I agreed to the work if the cleaning products used would not bother my chemical sensitivity. Mr Karamon said he does not use strong chemical cleaners and would not use the deodorizer if that would bother me. He said that he would treat the areas first with a precleaner spray, which has a citrus scent, and then steam clean, removing all cleaner residue. He came out and completed the cleaning on Monday, October 28, as he was in my area and had an opening. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time cleaning the couch, which is ten years old and had never been professionally cleaned. He went over all surface areas of the couch and thoroughly cleaned everything including the four cushions. The couch looks 100 per cent better and the cleaning has brought back the original blue color of the upholstery. He also cleaned the carpet, which covers a split stair case and two landings. He was able to remove the soap residue from when I had cleaned it by hand with some spray cleaner. Now my pets have a safe carpet to walk on without picking up any soap or cleaning residue on their feet. I was happy with the work and would use this provider in the future.

The carpet cleaning went very well. Checkered Flag Carpet Care did a great job cleaning all our carpets. They were very reasonably priced and showed up right when promised. I would highly recommend them as a very professional company that does great work.

I called them and they scheduled me an appointment on a Sunday since it was the only day available for me to be around and drove all the way out to my condo in Chesterfield. They cleaned my super dirty disgusting carpet and it looks like brand new. They were quick but thorough. They also repaired a big chunk of carpet on the top of the stairs that my dog chewed up and ripped apart. You can not tell anything ever happened now. He was very friendly and inviting. I would highly recommend Checkered Flag Carpet Care for any carpet repairs or cleaning. Their prices cant be beat either. A+++ !
