My call to Checkered Flag Carpet Care was returned promptly and an appointment was set. The technician was professional and courteous. He cleaned four rooms. I had forgotten how bright my carpets really are. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly use them again in the future.

He was excellent. He used professional steam cleaning equipment and was very good about returning phone calls. We had to cancel the date once, and he was very good about that. He was very timely about the appointment. He did a great job with the carpet, but one room had streaks due to the type of carpet. He came back and did that free of charge. I also had him do additional work and that was reasonable as well. I would definitely have him come back and recommend him. I have asthma and sometimes have problems with the deodorizer, but his wasn't too "perfumey" and the scent left quickly.

Alan did a great job! Showed up early, was efficient in his work. Furniture and carpeted floors looked wonderful!

Allan did a great job. The carpets came out great. I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days and he even allowed me to add the basement cleaning the day of. Highly recommend!

Based on others reviews, I called and set an appointment with Checkered Flag Carpet Care. From the confirming phone call to the actual site visit, we couldn't have been more pleased. We took advantage of the discounted offer and unlike other offers didn't get discounted service. So now we pay it forward - if you too are considering carpet cleaning services, you won't be disappointed with CFCC! After a handful of other cleaners in the past, we'll continue our cleanings with CFCC.

The person was very knowledgeable, professional and skilled. Excellent job and I referred him instantly to my neighbor who now has her carpets scheduled!

Went GREAT! He did a awesome job and I asked him to do the stairs as well and an additional carpet which he did and it was only $44 more to do those.which I had no problem with. The previous owners had dogs in the basement with a utility carpet so it got a lot of the dog smell out. There is still some smell but considering it's original condition I am very please with the results. I am practical, in that i understand it's not going to be flawless.

This was a very positive experience from the beginning when I called to inquire. I received a great discount special they were running and was thrilled with the service. I received a courtesy call on the day of my appointment and Allen arrived on time. The entire process too less than 90 minutes from start to finish. I was very pleased and will call this company again for carpet cleaning.

Could not have asked for better service. Came out the day of a massive ice storm and did a great job despite horrible conditions outside. Would definitely use again!

//25/1Great! My carpets are clean again...and I have 4 dogs and a cat. It was a lot of work, but everything is bright and clean again after a winter of dogs in, dogs out.

He called to let me know he was on his way and showed up 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment. We took a quick walk through the home and then he got to work. He did spot treatment on some areas that were heavily soiled and the deodorizing treatment was included as well. The carpets looks great!! No complaints and yes, I would definitely call Checkered Flag again.

The carpet looks very good. Allen was able to completely clean two especially dirty areas. I was concerned that the carpet seemed too wet after cleaning. Allen said it would take 6 to 8 hours to dry. Within 8 hours it was dry. The Angie's list special was a great buy especially since Allen did such a good job.

He was polite, thorough, and timely. The results were beautiful.

Carpet Cleaning! This company was great. They literally called me within 2 hours of my inquiry in a Sunday night. They were out at my house the next morning at 10:30am. Couldn't ask for any better service and the carpets look great!

Purchased the $125.00 deal on Angies list for 1400 sq feet of carpet. Quick response from Allen and my desired date was available. He showed up on time and was very pleasant to work with. I wanted some extra work done and he was agreeable to do it all the same day. Carpet took about a day to fully dry. Looks great. Unfortunately, we have an area where the cat felt the need to mark his territory and that smell is impossible to remove completely. Allen tried with extra deodorizer, but I can still detect that cat aroma. Not Allen's fault, like I said , he tried, and it is better, but new carpet for the area seems to be the only way to resolve such a problem. We recommend his services. Price was fair for amount of work completed.

Alan was very understanding when there were some delays and miscommunication on our end with a recent move and need for carpet cleaning. Arrived when scheduled and did a great job! Products work great and have a pleasant light scent compared to other cleaners we have used in past. Would definitely recommend and we plan to use again!
