I asked him to concentrate on the travel areas, which he did. The carpet now looks great! He was very courteous and professional. I will use him again...probably more often since he is very affordable.

Cleaning went well. Got all of the stains out, other than the one from rust that he told me he'd likely not be able to completely remove. Seems like he did a very good job.

Checkered Flag arrived on time, were very friendly, and cleaned the carpet. After they were done, the carpet looks great. The appointment went off without a hitch.

It went ok. He was here for the full 3 hours. He did very well. The carpet stayed a little wetter than it should have. He said it would be dry within 4 hours and it wasn't dry until the next day which was not a big deal. There was one spot where it was pretty evident that he was unable to remove the stain. It was also pretty dark here so he may not be entirely at fault. He had us down that we had paid for three bedrooms, a front room and living room while we only had him do two bedrooms, a front room and living room. They will call next week regarding a one room credit and I am awaiting that phone call.

Alan was professional, courteous and accommodating. We are extremely happy with the quality of service and the results are phenomenal, We will recommend Checkered Flag to my friends and will not hesitate to use them again

It went well. They did the entire upstairs & it took about 2 hours to do. I paid an additional fee for additional square footage.

This is a family-owned and operated company that uses only safe non-toxic, biodegradable products. Allan was punctual, professional, courteous, and very friendly. The results were amazing and the job was completed in less than 2 hours. I have recommended him to others without reservation.

The service went very well. They called & said they were running ahead of schedule so I was happy to meet them 1/2 hour early. Introduced himself & I should him the carpet (basement & stairs). He got right to work & was done in an hour. He got up a lot of previous owner's dog's hair & deodorized the carpet too so my cats wouldn't freak out at dog smell. Very neat & tidy. No muss, no fuss.

Our carpet is white, no kids or dogs, and it had been a few years since it was last cleaned. The job was ok, there were still a few places in wear paths that were not quite as clean as the other places. However I would give him a second try.

I was very pleased with the work they did. I had used different companies in the past and just was never pleased with the outcome. I called checkered flag to try someone new and I'm glad I did. I had stains in my carpeting that the last cleaning crew told me he just couldn't get them out and they would be there permanently. However, when checkered flag was done, my stains were gone. They were very reasonably priced, courteous, efficient, and quick. I will be using again in the future

It's very rare that you find a company, that gives you 5 star service at an affordable price. "Checkered Flag Carpet Care" is that company. Allan was extremely professional, and took care of my belongings (furniture) when he had to move it. I had my entire home cleaned 2,200 sq ft, my carpet looks absolutely brand new. If you follow my reviews you know I don't give 5 stars often, but this company is 10 out of 10.

Answered my call promptly, troubleshooted how to get the work done in the time needed, did the heavy lifting, and lived up to his plans to complete the work and return the rugs by the time promised. Very nice guy as well.

It was excellent. He came from a far location and showed up on a day I wasn’t ready due to my error. I told him that I would pay for his time and gas, but he declined. He called me another time to let me know that he was in my area. He did everything that was in the Deal and also did my basement at a nominal fee. He was very professional, accommodating, and up front. I would use him again and refer him as well.

He did an excellent job. There was only one worker, He arrived on time. He took his time and made sure all areas were properly cleaned and sanitized. This was best job of cleaning of my carpet that I have ever experience. I will be using this company again.

ALAN WAS ON TIME , VERY PROFESSIONAL,, KNOWLEDGEABLE...HE DID THE JOB EFFICIENTLY,, THOROUGHLY. I HAVE HAD A few BIG NAME COMPANIES CLEAN MY CARPETING IN THE PAST, AND THEIR WORK WAS NO WHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. AND AT HALF THE COST!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALAN AND HIS COMPANY. THANKS AGAIN FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

Allan showed up on schedule and did an excellent job. My wife who was not home during the cleaning process was very satisfied with the finished product. I definitely would use Checkered Flag Carpet Care again.
