He made the fix for us and recommended a plumber to help with another issue. We are very grateful for the help and service. + -1 moreI was EXTREMELY PLEASED with Brad, Carli and Jeremy with Advanced Water Treatment. Carli was the person I spoke with first when I called this company. She was very courteous on the phone and was able to set up an appointment the on the same day I called. The person who came out to my house was Brad. He was very thorough in explaining all my options which included fixing the unit I had, to replacing my unit . He also gave me 3 different price ranges for replacing my water softener. The other companies that I had come out never offered me more than one model and they were not interested in fixing my existing unit. Brad was very professional and went out of his way to explain things to me and I felt very comfortable talking with him. I decided to buy a new unit and within 2 days, my new water system was installed by Jeremy who was also very professional. He spent time explaining the system to me and what I needed to do to maintain the system and salt level. I would give this company an A+ and recommend them to all my friends and family. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. I wish this company also sold windows! !!! I'd call them in a heartbeat. Jan Stitle

When it was time to look at a replacement they provided prompt appointment and reasonable proposal. Installation was a breeze and included meeting my request to install an indoor faucet for un softened water for watering my plants in the winter. Everything works great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using them
