WILSON & SONS SEPTIC CLEANING

I called and made appointments three times with their receptionist. Never showed up and never called all three times. I don’t live there so I have to make an appointment for them to come and give me an estimate and what I need to do it when I’m there and for them to never show or call back is just terrible business and it’s wasted my time.

Unable to clear drain on first visit, broke his power snake trying. Upon return with a new snake, wasn't able to clear the drain, not sure why. We were still charged $100 which I guess seems fair but were disappointed that the drain had to be replaced by another company.

These guys were great. I called to schedule an appointment but I only had two days to work with. They sent the truck to the house immediately. I don't think an hour had passed before they arrived. The gentleman opened the tank, immediately pointed out my problem, which was a clogged filter, and proceeded to pump the tank. I cleaned the filter and I was up and running normally. Very pleasant doing business with this company.

I had a plumber come in to reseal a sewer pipe in the crawl space that had lost it's seal and came apart. After the repair the plumber ran the water in the sink, found the sink and toilet were clogged and suggested this company should clean out the lines. They came on time, were efficient and worked quietly and cleaned up after themselves. They even apologized for tracking in some mud (it was raining outside and we have a dirt drive way so there was no way they could have avoided the dirt). My 3 dogs adored them so I was new they were good people. They checked my septic tank to make sure that did not need a clean out as well. I recommend this company to everyone in the Hale area. They are reliable, reasonable and , do good work.
